Great, easy space to stay at for an overnight at the coast. Room was just finished being cleaned when we arrived at check-in time, but it was very well cleaned and smelled great. Everything was well stocked and in good working order. Lots of bathroom toiletries including toothbrushes and razors. Kitchen well equipped with plates, glasses, mugs and silverware, coffee and tea. The bathroom in this unit is a tight squeeze to get in and get the door closed and to move around freely in, so it might be a bit challenging for larger folks and it is definitely not accessible for folks with mobility devices. The fold out bed in the living room was easy to access and comfortable. There were covers to use on furniture for pets. Nighttime was quiet. The beach is just a couple of blocks away, but down a pretty steep set of stairs so carrying equipment down is not ideal. Easier to take the quick drive up the road to Happy Camp and access the beach for a day trip there. Overall, the beach is the gem of this little town. Quiet and vast, low current and lots of fun beach combing treasures to find! The Market around the corner is stocked with everything you could need, including fresh Indian food, fishing supplies, burgers and even breakfast sandwiches! We also had dinner at the Schooner down the road, which was incredibly delicious!! Overall, absolutely recommend this as a landing spot for anyone needing a reasonably priced, clean, pet friendly place to stay in Netarts/Oceanside area.

Exactly as described. Clean, modern, all of the amenities you would need in the kitchen. Perfect location on the coast up the hill from a cute park with a beautiful nature path! Highly recommend! Would stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Bill & Peggy’s. Their place is so cozy and worked perfect for our Spring Break get away. Loved that the beach was close and walkable. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed here for at least three years running and this time was better than ever. The mattress was new and fluffy, the in house toiletries are Beekman, the Keurig in the listing photo has been replaced with a 12 cup drip coffee maker and an electric kettle (the perfect combo), even the floor had a small repair that improved the stay. The highway is busy, but we walked to Tidal Raves to pick up dinner one night as we normally do and it was fine. The parking and location continue to be great, as does the value for this spot.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM for motel stays and 4:00 PM for vacation rentals, with check-out at 11:00 AM. We know travel plans don’t always line up perfectly, and we’ll always do our best to help when we can—but due to cleaning and preparation for incoming guests, early check-in and late check-out are very limited.
Your 4-digit door code will be emailed 3 days before arrival and texted to you on check-in day. At the door, enter your code and press ✓ or * (bottom left key). You’ll hear the lock engage—then just turn the handle and enter. If your lock has a touchscreen, tap the Yale logo to wake it up first. Your code will begin working at your scheduled check-in time. The door will automatically relock after about 30 seconds.
We’ll send you a quick email the evening before your departure with everything you need for an easy, stress-free check-out. Before you go, we just ask that you gather your belongings (don’t forget chargers and items in drawers or closets) and wash any dishes you’ve used. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest. If you happen to head out a little early, the email will include a simple link and code you can use to let us know you’ve departed—this helps our housekeeping team get a jump start on preparing the home for the next guests.
We do not provide daily housekeeping during your stay, and our team will not enter the property without your permission so you can enjoy your privacy.
