Super nice place for our family of 4 with younger kids. Convenient location with easy and safe attached garage parking. Only slight drawback was the garage EV charger didn’t work with our Tesla, but superchargers in Lincoln City and Newport made this a non-issue for us. Right off the main road, but the closed patio door did a great job of muffling traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Bill and Peggy's Lodge #6. The location was perfect—quiet and ideal for a family vacation. Depoe Bay is a charming small town conveniently located between Lincoln City and Newport. We especially enjoyed walking down to the ocean and taking beautiful photos. Our living room window faced the harbor, and the upstairs family room had the same lovely view. The bathrooms were spacious and simple, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. During our three-night stay, we were able to cook all of our meals in the lodge, which helped us save money on dining out. The hot tub was definitely a highlight. My kids had so much fun relaxing there after returning from daily activities and sightseeing. This was a special family trip with three generations, and we truly had a restful and enjoyable time together. We brought scooters so the kids could ride around in the parking lot next to our unit. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

When will I receive property access information?

We’ll send your access details by email 3 days before your arrival so you have everything you need ahead of time. On your arrival day, we’ll text the same information for easy access while you’re on the go.

Who do I contact if I need assistance during our stay?

We’re here to help during your stay. You can reach us by email at reservations@pacificviewlodging.com or by calling 833-722-8439 (option 2 for guest assistance). If something urgent comes up after hours, you can still reach our emergency support team at the same number.

When are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM for motel stays and 4:00 PM for vacation rentals, with check-out at 11:00 AM. We know travel plans don’t always line up perfectly, and we’ll always do our best to help when we can—but due to cleaning and preparation for incoming guests, early check-in and late check-out are very limited.

How do I access the property (Where do I get my keys)?

Your 4-digit door code will be emailed 3 days before arrival and texted to you on check-in day. At the door, enter your code and press ✓ or * (bottom left key). You’ll hear the lock engage—then just turn the handle and enter. If your lock has a touchscreen, tap the Yale logo to wake it up first. Your code will begin working at your scheduled check-in time. The door will automatically relock after about 30 seconds.

Are there any special check-out instructions?

We’ll send you a quick email the evening before your departure with everything you need for an easy, stress-free check-out. Before you go, we just ask that you gather your belongings (don’t forget chargers and items in drawers or closets) and wash any dishes you’ve used. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest. If you happen to head out a little early, the email will include a simple link and code you can use to let us know you’ve departed—this helps our housekeeping team get a jump start on preparing the home for the next guests.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

We do not provide daily housekeeping during your stay, and our team will not enter the property without your permission so you can enjoy your privacy. If you need anything—fresh towels, supplies, or assistance—just let us know.
