We really enjoyed our stay! Had a couple minor issues but I let them know and they acknowledged them and got them fixed. If we stop back in Depoe Bay we’ll for sure stay here again!

Great location and enough space for 4 people and a dog. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and couch was comfortable enough for our 4th person to sleep. Good peaceful area with some restaurants and beach access within walking distance. Also has a good view!

Had a short one night stay! Place was a bit small for 6 people, and it was hard to all be together in the main room, especially when the couch bed was out, but the place was well maintained! We left something in the morning, and were quickly called/messaged about it so were able to turn back around and grab it! Couch bed was also surprisingly comfortable!

Fantastic property! We had four adults and a small dog. The property was perfect for us and met all our needs. Absolutely no road noise. Beautiful view! We cooked, put a puzzle together, used the hot tub and enjoyed the time together. We had an emergency with our car over a holiday weekend. The owner is local and was extremely helpful with a referral to a mobile mechanic. I wish I could take that mechanic home with me! Overall, a very positive experience. We will be back!

Easy peasy place to stay. Dog friendly is important and the provision of a sheet to protect the bed from dogs was stellar. A great little place to experience the Depot Bay Area from. Easy to come and go from.

When will I receive property access information?

We’ll send your access details by email 3 days before your arrival so you have everything you need ahead of time. On your arrival day, we’ll text the same information for easy access while you’re on the go.

Who do I contact if I need assistance during our stay?

We’re here to help during your stay. You can reach us by email at reservations@pacificviewlodging.com or by calling 833-722-8439 (option 2 for guest assistance). If something urgent comes up after hours, you can still reach our emergency support team at the same number.

When are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM for motel stays and 4:00 PM for vacation rentals, with check-out at 11:00 AM. We know travel plans don’t always line up perfectly, and we’ll always do our best to help when we can—but due to cleaning and preparation for incoming guests, early check-in and late check-out are very limited.

How do I access the property (Where do I get my keys)?

Your 4-digit door code will be emailed 3 days before arrival and texted to you on check-in day. At the door, enter your code and press ✓ or * (bottom left key). You’ll hear the lock engage—then just turn the handle and enter. If your lock has a touchscreen, tap the Yale logo to wake it up first. Your code will begin working at your scheduled check-in time. The door will automatically relock after about 30 seconds.

Are there any special check-out instructions?

We’ll send you a quick email the evening before your departure with everything you need for an easy, stress-free check-out. Before you go, we just ask that you gather your belongings (don’t forget chargers and items in drawers or closets) and wash any dishes you’ve used. Our housekeeping team will take care of the rest. If you happen to head out a little early, the email will include a simple link and code you can use to let us know you’ve departed—this helps our housekeeping team get a jump start on preparing the home for the next guests.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

We do not provide daily housekeeping during your stay, and our team will not enter the property without your permission so you can enjoy your privacy. If you need anything—fresh towels, supplies, or assistance—just let us know.
