S1 - Epic - Surf Inn

Great place 5 minutes to the beach! Our family loved having the extra space of a living area and kitchen for our trip to the coast. The photos were representative of the accommodations.

We booked this place very last minute. I wanted to take my kids to a fun overnight. This place was easy to book and had clear instructions. I like this better than a hotel. No lobby check in, I just parked right next to the room and walked in. Everything was clean and I was able to use my Netflix account to watch a movie. There are heaters if it's a little cold. There is a fridge. Heads up if you want to cook, bring everything, they provide salt, pepper, coffee, tea and popcorn. It is a short walk to the beach, there is a market store around the corner. We loved going to beach and driving around the gorgeous area. Check out was easy. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were driving the coast as part of our adventure in Oregon and planned to find a place depending on where we ended up that night. This was a great space especially for a day of find! The convenience store behind the rental was super handy for getting some snacks and eggs. We got rained in the morning we planned to get an early start for Cannon Beach and the kitchen and dining table served as a perfect spot for a cozy ramen breakfast and place to play a game while the rain and wind calmed down.

This was a great spot! We loved visiting Tillamook and Tunnel Beach.

The location was wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach, which our dogs absolutely loved. The space was dog-friendly, which we appreciated, though it did have a noticeable dog smell that may come with being a pet-friendly property. The kitchen was quite minimal in terms of supplies, so if you plan to cook much you may want to bring a few extras. Overall, the proximity to the beach made it a great spot for a quick coastal getaway with dogs.

Great value! Felt more like a hotel than an Airbnb, which is neither a negative or a positive in my book. Seemed to be well maintained and clean, but also an older property. Definitely what you think of when you think of an Oregon coastal Hotel.

Bill and Peggy’s place was exceptionally clean and cozy, and we truly enjoyed our stay—there was nothing to complain about. Our children especially loved the reclining sofa and the bunk beds. The unique and beautiful decorative items throughout the space made our night feel special and memorable. The kitchen table was spacious enough for our family to enjoy a simple late dinner together. Bill and Peggy also provided many complimentary amenities and extra towels, more than we even needed. We also loved the entire Surf Inn itself. It is thoughtfully built and decorated, with Christmas lights that warmly welcomed us at winter night. While not luxurious, it has a charming and memorable design that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Bill and Peggy’s place to anyone traveling to the Oregon coast.

The kitchen was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. We played games on the cool coffee table and the beds were very comfortable!

We loved this place! It is great for an extended stay for a family of six. We stayed over night but had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next summer. Our favorite part was the bathroom extras! We were so grateful for the shampoo and conditioner bottles and toothbrushes! (As some of us forgot their bathroom items at home!) it was exactly as pictured and even the bunk beds mattresses were so thick and fluffy!

A great place to stay, with family, friends, pets

I enjoyed the quick communication and the ease of access to the unit. The place we stayed was comfortable and well kept. They were also little commodities like tea, popcorn sitting out for us when we got there. One of the best states we’ve had in an Airbnb.

The host was very responsive and We enjoyed our stay! Little things that stood out to us That were nice: They provided sheets and a towel for our poodles, And even had toothbrushes which were great because I forgot mine. their dog potty area was clean, and didn't smell, They also had a beautiful sitting area. The bed was so comfortable And I had a wonderful night's sleep. Thank you so much!

This was a great little stop for us as we explored the coast of Oregon. A quick walk to a peaceful beach was lovely. Very responsive hosts! The flowers, landscaping and decor were charming. If you enjoy coffee, there is a WONDERFUL little coffee shop right across the street called Seaworthy Coffee and Gifts. Great stay!

We loved this stay- a fairly short walk to a convenience store and the beach! Right along the highway for ease in getting around. Also the kitchen was well stocked - the nicest pots and pans I’ve seen at any rental! The special toiletries were a nice touch. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

This place is right on the road way, but it still gets very quiet at night, able to sleep with the windows open. Place was clean. The bunk beds had sheet and cover folded on top of the bed, and since I was going to be utilizing it I had to make that up myself. The master bed was made and ready to go. Just for anyone else’s FYI - they do send a request for more information, so if you are like me and actively traveling and hiking on a trip, and just grabbing your next place to stay on the fly- they will send you a link to fill out with your contact information on it and then text you links. I was in bad cell signal on the side of a hill trying to fill in my personal info that since I booked with AirBNB I thought was already taken care of. They did ask my eta at one point and I did the best I could to answer that question. At the end of the one night stay I got another link asking me to click the link and enter a code to let house keeping know we had left.

It was nice. I couldn’t find any extra blankets to use for the pull out couch. Otherwise no problems

This place was wonderful! Great location, beautiful beach close by. Hosts were very proactive with directions and gave lots of detailed instructions before we arrived. Entering the suite was easy with no issues. Place was super clean, smelled like amazing fresh clean laundry and the beds were super comfortable! Only downside for us was we only stayed 1 night! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an enjoyable night at the Surf Inn. The space was clean and cute, the beds were cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with the basics. It was a bit warm but there were fans available to help cool it down. We love this area and the beaches were just a few minutes drive from the Inn

An absolute treasure of a place! One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, with so many thoughtful touches throughout the house. It has coastal charm, and warmth that won't disappoint.

If you’re considering this place, I say go for it worth the value. We stayed in the bigger unit, to accommodate four adults and two kids. Even though it’s close to the road, it was quiet at night. Just a side note, we had one minor issue. Bill and Peggy responded very quickly and Miss Angel the house keeper was still there, and took care of us.

Great place. Very large space and very comfortable.

Accurately described and looks like the pictures. All amenities listed in the kitchen were present and the stay went smoothly. We only stayed for one night on a road trip where we are staying in mostly Airbnbs. They by far had the easiest checkout requirements of just washing the dishes and they’ll do everything else. The bathroom is fabulously stocked! The kitchen is bare bones but matches the description. No extra spices or anything present. Master bed is comfy. The bunk beds are a bit firm. For the germaphobes, keep in mind it is a pet accommodating place. Therefore some of the linens, although clean, did have dog hair because it’s nearly impossible to remove all of it (coming from someone with several dogs). It wasn’t a problem for us, but I could see some being bothered by it. Overall good stay though. Served its purpose.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet place. It’s not far off of 101 and nice and easy to find. The hosts communicated lots of helpful information and they supplied extra touches to make it comfortable. We’d stay here again on our trip down the beautiful Oregon coast.

We stayed at one of Pacific Views properties in Netarts, and our 3yo daughter managed to spill juice on her bed (why she even had juice in bed is still a mystery). It was nearly 8:30pm and I messaged the property manager, expecting some sort of fee or dismay. "No worries" was the response I got, and someone was at my doorstep with clean sheets before our movie was over. Side note: our rental looked amazing! And such a great price! Can't give enough stars.

Our stays at Surfs Inn never disappoint. This was our first time in unit #1 with a full standard size kitchen that had all the basics for cooking and eating. It was great have my all that counter space and room to cook and cupboard space for the groceries/pantry items we brought. There were lots of complementary items particularly toiletries I case you forgot to bring something, and they provided pet towels and sheets to cover beds and furniture which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Pacific View Lodging. The bathroom was very well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed our one night there.

Peggy and Bill are great, and the cleaning staff are top notch. Our suite was roomy, yet cozy and felt like home. From the cleanliness, attractive decor, comfortable seating and beds, to the amenities provided, we had everything we could think of at our fingertips. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We appreciated the attention to details the housekeeping staff were and they even stopped by the next day to ask if we needed extra towels or other provided essentials. Friendly, attentive to details, high standard if cleanliness and availability if we needed to rrach out for anything. Great location. We visited most of the area beaches as well as driving into Tillamook for a few items, and had plenty of time each day to see and do what we liked. And the price was fantastic for what we received at Surf Inn in Netarts, OR. We highly recommend staying at Surf Inn. We will certainly be back.

Nice, peaceful, friendly and home like place. Small but perfect for what was needed. There was room for our 3 kids and us 3 adults. The market and deli right behind is nice, convenient, and good prices. The location is right up the road from the beach too. Cozy little place! Highly recommend.

The Netarts Surf Inn unit 1 was exactly what was in the photos. Very clean, quiet and close to the beach access. We appreciated the amenities and could tell they really put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for guests. We will be back.

We are happy to stay at Bill&Peggys house. Though we stayed there less time than we were supposed to but the whole moment in that house gave me my home feelings. The beach was closer and I could hear the sea. Overall, we got a nice experience there and if I go in that place next time, I would definitely gonna stay there.

Great location and space overall for the 3 of us with the dog. It was as described, beds were comfortable and cabin was spacious overall. Good location just off the main road but couldn’t hear the traffic noise. Instructions for arrival were laid out well. Would have loved to have stayed longer given the space and location. It was a bit cold and though the wall heaters were helpful, it was still a bit chilly but there was an extra blanket that was provided, though another one would have been nice since there were 3 of us. Would definitely come back again!

I was traveling from klamath falls after having a minor heart attack. My sister drove from Tacoma to meet me here to help drive me back. I had a wonderful 9 hours sleep here that I really needed. It felt like home. We were very well rested and made at home today. The bunk beds were perfect for kids!!!

We stayed one night, it was perfect! It was quiet, they were very quick to respond, which was good as we booked it in the parking lot! It was very comfortable and clean. Roughly 2 blocks from the beach, across the street from a coffee shop, 5 minutes to a good looking restaurant. There were ample parking spaces. The beds were comfortable, the TV was a smart TV so we were able to watch a movie and they provided popcorn! There was one pot of coffee to make in the morning. All in all it had everything we wanted.

Peggy and Bill's place was cozy and we felt right at home. It was a very peaceful and serene trip. Short drive to the coast as well as Tillamook with breweries and restaurants, as well as the Tillamook Creamery. This was a perfect stay for two nights.

The apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Checking in was very easy with the instructions given. Getting to the beach was just a short walk. And the beach was calm and quiet in the morning. Having the market close by was helpful as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable place to stay! Our family loved it!

Bill and Peggy ensured all information was communicated clearly and quickly! The place was very cute, there was enough space for my friends and I to sleep. My bed did have some hair when I pulled the covers back but overall the space was relatively clean. The bathroom had cute toiletries in case anyone forgot them. My friend was able to charge her car overnight as well, with the EV Charger. The beach was only a few minutes' walk away.

The Surf Inn is very cute and the rooms were satisfactory. The one downside was that there was a musty smell inside. We opened the windows and it helped air the place out but the smell still lingered a bit.

The apartment was well-furnished with a large kitchen that's perfect for cooking, and the check-in process and all communication with the hosts was pleasant and uncomplicated. This unit is on the end of the building so you hear a little traffic noise during the day but very little at night. Hosts were very responsive and respectful. Would stay again.

Wonderful little place perfect for a getaway to the coast. Exactly what I was looking for when searching for a little spot to stay for a girls weekend trip! Tons of parking, very quiet area and less than 10 minutes to the beach! Property was a bit warm upon arrival but was easily able to cool it off in the evening. Highly recommend

Netarts is a hidden gem that is a must see. the Airbnb was an awesome, clean and great for families.

Such a great area and place to stay. Working our way down from Bellingham on Hwy101 and we absolutely loved this little place. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with 4 people Bunk Bed that sleeps 2 and queen was perfect for 2. We hope to make it down again soon ❤️

My group had a great time staying over at this airbnb! It comfortably fit four adult and it’s walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches we encountered during our Oregon coast trip.

I recently stayed at this property with my family and had a good experience. The place is very clean with generous toiletries and plenty of towels. The location is excellent, just a quick stroll from a beautiful ocean view at sunset. There’s plenty of parking, and the property felt very safe. We enjoyed the smart TV and the cool bunk bed. The kitchen is well-equipped. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The bathroom fan was quite loud, and there was a lingering smell that dissipated after a while. The bedding is not cotton, making it hot at night. The water took some time to get hot, and there were no cooking supplies. The bed in the primary room was too soft for my 67-year-old mom with back issues. Despite these minor issues, the place is roomy and can comfortably sleep six people. The property is close to Tillamook for quick trips. I suggest investing in cotton sheets. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay close to the beach with lots of room and essential amenities.

Pacific View Lodging is the perfect place to stay for a quiet getaway in the Netarts/Tillamook area. The space was clean, tastefully furnished, and comfortable. It’s a couple minute walk from the beach and there is a local grocery store next door with all you could need for your stay. Additionally, the town of Tillamook is a short drive away with all the amenities you’d expect from a small town. Make sure to visit Tillamook Creamery!

This place was so close to fantastic scenery! The coffee shop across the street was very good! The only downside was the bunkbeds seem to be a little short for adults.

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location, close to the beach!! It was a nice stay overall 🏠 🏡 I would stay here again.. a few minor issues slightly dampened the experience. This is just feedback, not complaints! For instance, one window lacked a mosquito mesh. Although I wanted to open it to let in some fresh air at night, I didn’t do it for fear of unwanted bugs coming in. The kitchen lacked basic stuff such as salt, condiments, oil, and a blender, making cooking a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, there was a market conveniently located around the corner, and we managed to stock up just before closing time. Upon using one of the towels, I noticed a black stain, that was disappointing. The squeaky bathroom doors might also disturb light sleepers like my brother 😆.Moreover, there was a shortage of pans, and no coffee filters were provided 😞 Despite these small issues, the great location compensates, 🌟 though addressing them could significantly enhance the experience for future guests!

Absolutely loved the area !! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, about a 15 minute drive to the tillamook creamery, then about 10-15 minute drive the other way to see a cute lil lighthouse :D highly recommend !!!

We only stayed for a night but it was the best night! The perfect spot to be able to travel around and enjoy the area. We went to the creamery twice because it was close!! This little apartment like airbnb was so clean and the perfect size for my family of three! We are big hikers and we found some of the best hiking spots close by that we took advantage of!!

My family really enjoyed our quick stay. There was a great family owned grocery store located on the same block that Bill and Peggy recommended. Beach access was also super close and was a great night walk. Our room was very clean and we slept wonderfully! The sleeper sofa was very comfortable! Overall, a great experience!

What they described is what they gave and more! Really good price and pretty impressed with all that is provided: good toiletries, disposable toothbrush + toothpaste and disposable shaver + shaving cream… coffee provided is pretty good (we did make it with a little less water) & microwaveable popcorn snack. They even provided linen for our dog! Not mentioned in their posting, they also provide free ev charging and they gave clear instructions on how to get free access. We don’t have an ev but that is a pretty good benefit for ev owners! We have a pitbull that is traveling with us and we are really glad they accept his breed. Check in is totally flexible and that was really important for us because we arrived almost at midnight.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great the second time. We love this little location in Netarts and it is close to beaches in the area. There is also access to a beach a couple of blocks walk from the property. The place was extremely clean with a lot of amenities and touches. We will be back to stay here again!

We loved this suite. We took our family of 6 (4kids) and it was comfortable for all of us. It’s a fun walk to the coast and in a nice location. We were sad we couldn’t stay there a little longer.

Nice and clean place to stay for a few nights. Very bare bones in kitchen supplies and not much to do nearby. Cell service if spotty. Short walk to the water but no beach access at high tide.

Very nice, we had 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living room. One bedroom contained a bunk bed. We would have enjoyed staying longer but it wasn't in our plans.

We stayed a night at this place with our family and puppy. Easy to find and check-in the space was great for 4 adults for one night with almost everything you would need. Walking distance to the beach where our puppy had a lot of fun! Will definitely visit again.

If you’re looking for an easily accessible, simple stay, this place is for you. Our stay included 2 kids (8&10) and two adults. Everyone slept comfortably.

The room was very convenient to the parking lot with no need to go up and downstairs. Bed was comfortable, hair dryer & kettle available, and lots of space for two people. It really did have a strong smell though. It started off as cleaner but then slowly faded to what seemed like urine. There is also what looks like mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. For the price I really expected something that felt cleaner and more comfortable.

Loved the attention to details. They are a pet friendly accommodation, which we love, and they even provided extra linens if needed for your furry friend. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. They even provided toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, razor) which we really appreciated. Great stop on your drive down the beautiful coast of Oregon!

Great location!

This place was in a great location! It was fairly close to Tillamook, but also close to oceanside, so we could easily find things to do. The Schooners restaurant is within walking distance, but was a bit pricey. We did enjoy our stay. The only weird thing was that the bunk beds had the flat sheet on top of the bedding, rather than being put under the covers. Other than that, the place was very clean.

This was a nice little place to get away and enjoy the local area. Lots to do! Go check out the light house in the area!

We enjoyed our stay here, our favorite part was the short walk to the beach where my kids loved finding sea shells and we saw jelly fish washed up on the shore. It’s about 15 min from Tillamook factory and worked great for us.

For some reason the address did not take us directly to the apartment but if you type in the name of it to Apple Maps it gets you there! We loved staying here! So convenient, so clean, very specious, very generous and considerate amenities (especially in the bathroom). Would definitely stay here again!

This place is super cute and was very easy with check-in and check-out. They’ve done a wonderful job bringing new life into an older motel. Homey and cute beach decor, with a short walk to a beautiful beach!

Cozy place and Perfect view

It’s hard to find a coast rental that allows 1-night bookings during the summer season— we were so grateful for this option! Host response time was wonderful. Pet dander/smell was extreme when we arrived— we’ve stayed at other pet-friendly places and haven’t noticed a prominent smell. We really appreciated the bunk beds and updated kitchen.

This is a nice location, beautiful area. We were just there one night but went to the nearby beach at Oceanside and to Cape Meares. Great ocean views. It's only 10 minutes from Tillamook where you can get anything you might need. This is an older facility, but our unit had a completely updated, full kitchen, nice appliances. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. It was clean, the furniture was nice and was comfortable. I can't say enough about the hosts. We needed to change our reservation because of illness. They responded immediately to my questions and were very accommodating and helpful.

Location was fairly easy to find, place was clean. I think someone stopped the dishwasher before they were clean so all the dishes had to be cleaned prior to our use.

This was a good place for a night as we were heading up the coast. Close to a really cool beach called Tunnel Beach which is worth the 5 minute drive to go and see if you are in the area.

We loved Bill's suite. It was clean and spacious. It has a full kitchen and a comfy sofa and two comfy chairs. It was warm and close to a coffee shop and a market. So close you can walk to both! Great place to stay!

The location was amazing! A 5 minute walk to some stairs that led right to the ocean! I had to get some workouts in so the kitchen seemed like the best option, however the floors made me feel icky as there were crumbs in the corners and under the appliances (that I saw while working out) so I'm glad there was a clean-ish shower to use. I'm well aware that being so close to the ocean may cause some excessive moisture. There was mold in the bathroom and the whole smell of the place was a bit musty. It was perfect for what we needed and the beds were clean and we felt safe being there. It was affordable and the full kitchen was a plus!

This was our second stay at one of Bill’s properties and it did not disappoint! Beautiful beachy furnishings, comfortable bed and linens, fluffy towels, large kitchen, great TV…all in a quiet and quaint setting! Will definitely stay with Bill again!

Enjoyed my time here! It was a bit chilly when we first got there, but Bill brought us blankets and the individual heaters for each room warmed it right up! Also enjoyed the pullout couch and the big TV. Overall, super clean and cozy stay!

This was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. We were in Tillamook for a highschool football playoff game and didn't want to make the 2 hour, rainy, drive home late at night. This was a cheaper alternative to any hotels in the area and we prefer a house type accommodation over a one room hotel. Inside was clean and more up to date than I anticipated, so that was a plus! Nice little coffee shop across the road perfect for morning coffee. There are very few options for eating after 7 pm. This is always a challenge for us when we travel for football games and need to feed our hungry boys after, so we knew to grab quick bites from the local grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again if in town!

The place was great, we enjoyed our stay. The weather kept us in, but the place had great options for entertainment and we had books!

A solid stay at the coast!

The place is located off of the main road, it is a small place, easy to miss if you’re not looking for it. The directions given were very precise and accurate. The beach was just a short two block walk which made it nice for morning walks. The place was very well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of sleeping space. There is a little store next door that has very basic grocery items, but a little out dated and expensive. The place itself was a great cozy place to stay, would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay and if I could give 4.5 stars I would. it was great to be able to bring all our dogsand have a spot within walking distance to a nice little beach! Only reason for 4 stars was there were a few kitchen items that were missing and our room had not been cleaned when we arrived at 6pm. But they quickly took care of that and were very easy to communicate with and accommodating. They offer to either put us up in another room or have us wait an hour to get the room cleaned. We opted to wait and it was in great shape when we got back.

This is a little nice and clean place to stay. It is the one closest to the road and at ground level, but we didn't hear any noise at night. The kitchen has been renovated and coffee and tea are provided. We didn't find the unit number on the door, but you can see unit #2 next to it so it's not hard to find.

What a great find at a great price! The place was very clean and comfortable. Even though it was the unit closest to the road we never really heard any traffic or neighbors. The furnishings were very appealing and the host graciously left a variety basic items for the guests (razors, shaving cream, toothbrushes, coffee, etc). Bill was very quick to respond and helpful to our situation. We would highly recommend his place and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Clean, cute, comfy place! It was our home base for exploring the northern and central Oregon coast. The Wifi was a little slow but worked (we didn’t have access to the 5G). I am a light sleeper and could hear the cars on the highway at night, but it wasn’t bad. Great coffee place right across the street.

The unit is clean, with nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. Decor is beachy cute and the owner communicated clearly directions, instructions and expectations. It was great to have both a full kitchen and two bedrooms. We will definitely book again!

Great little motel-style place only a 3-5 min walk to the beach! Hosts were super prompt and kind with communication, and they were accommodating of our needs. The place has a fully functional kitchen (only thing you’ll need to bring is spicing basics and oil for cooking, but there’s a little grocery right next to the place). The bed was super comfy and though it’s on a main road, and despite my bedroom window facing the road (and being at ground level), it wasn’t noisy or bothersome at all. The living room TV came equipped with plenty of streaming options. We’ll definitely be back.

Ease of checkin and communication was great. Short drive outside of Tillamook. Was not the cleanest but worked for one night passing through.

Gorgeous space and a steal for something we found almost last minute. My only complaint is that me and my adult sister shared the bunk bed and there were boogers smeared on the wall next to her 😅 I told her to suck it up but she ended up sleeping on the couch. My group enjoyed a night at the coast in this inviting home. We appreciated the one night stay option, the proximity to the beach, and the comfortable cozy living area. The listing pictures differ from the actual appearance of the unit quite a bit in the kitchen area. It appears they remodeled without updating the listing but it worked well for our needs. I certainly would stay here again if I visit the Oregon Coast again.

This apt was better than I had expected. Very clean, comfortable beds, new kitchen. Despite having the unit 12 feet from the main road it was quiet during the night.

Great location and super cute spot! Bill does a great job with sending recommendations and they were much appreciated. The little coffee shop across the street was great. The owner was very sweet. You may have to wait a little bit if it’s busy but I had nothing else to do so didn’t mind at all. Also the tunnel and the lighthouse were great spots. The food was great at Schooners and they were great with the kiddo!

Worked well for our family of 4, the kids loved the bunk beds! There was a small grass area for the dog to go potty, but not a great area yo try to walk him. Checking in and out was a breeze and the beach was close by and beautiful!

This was perfect for our weekend getaway to the coast with our kids and dog. The bed were comfortable, the shower pressure was awesome and there were very few Knick-knacks for my very rambunctious little boys to get into. And even though my youngest pulled over the tv, Bill was easy to communicate with to resolve the problem.

Cozy and clean- we found it to uphold a high level of cleanliness especially for being a property that allows pets. Fully stocked kitchen supplies made it easy to use the small but open kitchen space. The decorations were lovely and minimal, the furniture was comfortable and hair free, the bathroom had plenty of clean smelling towels (no odd washing machine smell) and a few toiletries offered were a plus. The easy check in was very appreciated but the proximity to the beach was a super plus for us!

Bill and his wife always go above and beyond! This is my second time staying at the Surf Inn and it was amazing! We brought our dog this time and I think he almost had a better time than we did. The unit is a short walk to the beach, newly remodeled and just an overall very nice place to stay with an abundance of accommodations! We will come back again, hopefully sooner than later!

Very neat and clean when we arrived. Appreciated the convenience of the door locks and not having to remember a key. Our dog was able to stay with us for a very small fee. There is a nice covered area to stand and stay dry near the grass while dog goes potty.

What a cozy place to stay during our Oregon Coast trip. A great place to spend the night for a family of four with a nice master bedroom, bunk beds and sizeable kitchen. We also loved the fact that it was right next to a convenience store that also served Mexican food.

Spacious little spot close to the beach! It had a full-kitchen, nice comfy bed, and room for our dog! We did appreciate how secluded it was. There were some spots on the floor that hadn't been cleaned in awhile and there wasn't an actual coffee pot or enough pods for us avid coffee drinkers. Another little detail (might've just been an oops) was that the garbage bin in the kitchen was wire and not solid and there wasn't a bag or any to be found in the unit, so our liquidy garbage and small garbage pieces leaked through, kinda gross! But otherwise it was quaint and had most of what we needed!

Good location, close to one of my favorite beaches in Oceanside. Beach access very close and easy. Overall the place was clean except for our bathroom floor which was covered in hair. Everything else met expectations.

The Netarts Surf Inn was a great place to stay! Bill sent us very clear instructions on accessing the suite, and he checked in via email to make sure everything was all right. The suite itself was spacious and really clean. We appreciated the comfortable beds, well-stocked bathroom, the binder with instructions and tips on what to do in the area, and the care that had been taken with the decor. Thanks, Bill!

The stay was an excellent stop on our Oregon Coast Road trip. The fold-out sofa, I will warn is thin and is not for adults with back issues. I would choose either the bunk bed or the queen bed as sleeping options for this stay. But I enjoyed the amenities and the space of the Surf's Inn. I would recommend staying for any of my friends looking for a stop in the Netarts, OR area.

Great little place close to the beaxh

Great spot, comfortable beds, and very cozy. The kitchen set up was great!

The exterior has a mid-century motel vibe, and it's got a relatively busy road on one side, and dumpsters on another, but once inside the unit, it was very comfortable, nicely decorated with a beach-y theme and very clean. It doesn't take long to walk down to the beach, which is just magnificent, but the walk is a bit challenging - definitely not a trail for flip flops. There are a couple of decent restaurants fairly close by, and Bayside Market, one of the small, local grocery stores (there are two within walking distance), had good take-out Indian food.

Right off the highway and the hide-a-bed is pretty uncomfortable unless you put the pad on the floor. My kids loved the bunk beds and the unit was very clean. The kitchen is lacking (no toaster or hot pads, very little silverware). Cute place though and it is pet friendly.

We had an amazing stay at the Surf Inn . It is walking distance to the shore and to a couple food stores near by. Keep in mind most places close early in Netarts and Safeway is 15 minutes away in Tillamook . There’s pots and pans to use there and basic utensils, but you’ll have to bring your own seasoning and oils to cook with . Having the separate rooms was quite pleasant with two young boys and it was nice to have the separate heating in each room so that we could all adjust to our preferred temperate . We will defiantly be returning to stay at this cute little Inn.

Netarts is a little outskirts area, not in Tillamook town. This place was charmingly remodeled and decorated and located super close to the water. I had a nice run along the flat sandy beach in the morning. SO pretty. Our family of 5 were comfortable in this little apartment. One of the kids slept on the couch and the other two in the bunks. The queen size bed was comfortable and everything worked well. We would stay here again if in the area.

Our stay in the suite at Surf Inn was great! There was 6 of us and our little dogs and there was just the right amount of space for us. The beds including the sleeper sofa was very comfortable. The location is perfect! 3 minutes walk to the beach, a couple convenient stores on the way and about 10 minute drive from major stores. The whole unitis very clean. We plan on staying again!

This place was perfect, the perfect place for a night in with card games and a few close friends. Right down the road from a convenient store, and the beach. Very comforting and inviting. Bill was also so helpful with helping retrieve items we had accidentally left behind! 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Nice extra touches like nice towels, coffee maker with pods, large easy to use TV, and convenient parking. It was so windy and rainy with flooded roads coming in, so we really appreciated the excellent directions for the grocery store and finding the place.

The property was as advertised and we very much appreciated their willingness to let us store 5 bicycles in the office area next to our room. The owners/managers were great to work with. The only downside for us was location. I didn't realize that it was 8 miles up a narrow, twisting, no shoulder road from Highway 101. We ended up putting the bicycles on the support vehicle and driving in.

What a perfect spot for a coastal getaway! I was craving an escape from the city and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Super clean, cozy spot with a minimal but functional kitchen that made it easy to cook rather than going out. The WiFi was surprisingly fast and reliable. I seriously had my best nights of sleep in WEEKS because the master bed was insanely comfortable. The best part was Bill's communication throughout the process. Check in was easy, he gave recommendations for things to do nearby, and helped make the whole thing a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

ill's place was beyond my expectation. Tastefully decorated, but not overdone. Roomy living room was great for an overnight stay for 3 people. Bill's responsiveness was fast and quality. Will not hesitate to stay there in the future :)

Great getaway at an honest price! We stayed in a 2 bedroom which was perfect for 4 people. Very clean, nice new higher end furniture and bedding much appreciated! Also have to note they are wonderfully decorated a touch of ocean beach vibe but not over the top like so many are. The kitchen is very tiny but does the trick for quick minimal meals. Right on the main road so access is ideal...and yes you can still hear the waves :)

The space is very nice with style and comfort. I like that there were space heaters and a smart TV. It was a bit dusty underneath and behind things but no biggie. There was a water leak coming from near the toilet causing the bathroom floor to be constantly wet. Having a towel on the floor was fine. There was only one roll of toilet paper which was hugely inconvenient. Lastly, and likely my biggest complaint, is the fact that there was no coffee pot. There was a Kuerig, but it was unexpected. The description was misleading; we brought our own coffee and creamer and never used it. The Keurig was nice but we quickly ran out (the coffee place across the street was closed the entire time due to illness, apparently).

we had a great short stay

I was traveling with my family (6 adults) along the coast, and we were so pleased to have such a cute place to stay. The check-in was super easy, the location was perfect (not crowded at all and very quiet at night). We enjoyed the thoughtful decoration, we had all the amenities necessary and we felt like at home. Everyone slept great, and even the sofa bed was comfortable. We will for sure come back to this place next time!

The presence of home is there...

Mixed feelings. The decor was lovely at this inn, and it was a short walk to Netarts bay. We enjoyed our stay here, unfortunately until packing up at the end. When we found a pair of sweatpants (that were not ours) in between the sheets of the master bed, as well as a stain on the comforter. This led us to question if the sheets were changed before our stay and the general cleanliness of the whole unit. Ending our trip on a very sour note. I contacted Bill about this and he apologized and said the staff member that cleaned our room is no longer associated with Surf Inn. This does not resolve our experience at the inn, but I do hope it leads to future guests not experiencing anything similar.

Responsive owners, clean/cute space & a great location. It was exactly what we needed. A great place to crash while we were in town for a quick bit!

Bill’s home exceeded our expectations! We were looking forward to staying in a cute beach house, but the premier location and level of comfort in this home was beyond what we could have predicted! Located two blocks from a gorgeous beach, just down the street from a local bar and delicious restaurant, and a few miles from the amenities of Tillamook. The home was tastefully decorated and fit all of our needs for our trip. Highly recommend!

Bill’s place is exactly as pictured. Super easy to check in and very close to the bay! Perfect for our one night stay despite some cleanliness issues we encountered. Overall, would recommend.

The location is a bit outside of Tillamook and well worth going to (over staying in Tillamook). Lots of thoughtful little touches in the place like a small first aid kit and toiletries available.

We had a wonderful stay at the Surf Inn! The place was accurate to the description and Bill provided essential amenities like dish soap and toilet trees which was a added bonus and much appreciated! The place is within walking distance to Netarts Bay and just a few miles from Tillamook and Oceanside, such a great spot!

We had a good stay at this place, which had everything we needed for our family. The location is great with just a walking distance to the beach, local store and a quick drive to the Cape Meares.

The place was great! Good location to walk to the beach, coffee, small grocery store. Also good communication from the manager prior to our arrival that included tips on places to go for food etc. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. They provided some thoughtful touches like coffee. I would recommend Surf Inn to others :)

Bill's place was perfect for our family of 6! It felt like the perfect home away from home. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever experienced on an Airbnb. Our boys loved the bunk beds and our big kids stayed in the living room. Check in was a breeze. The area was quiet and safe. Everything was practically perfect! Bill also sent us a list of restaurants and things to do that kept us busy. We enjoyed playing at Oceanside beach and going through the tunnel to the beach on the other side. We had a great time and highly recommend staying here! We would again in a heartbeat.

Great location to check out the Tillamook factory. Self check in allowed for us to arrive late without being disruptive. I would stay again if I was headed that way!

The Surf Inn was exactly what I was looking for after an all day event ending in Pacific City. A quick drive up to Netarts and the easiest check-in process made this place the perfect landing spot. Plus, the price was unbeatable and slept our party of 5 comfortably.

For the price, this place was amazing. We only had 2 guests, but the place is spacious enough for 4 people, or 6 if you don't mind sharing one bathroom. It's only 2 blocks from the beach and right next to local markets. Very easy self-check in process. Would definitely come back here.

This was a perfect family spot for a stay at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the place was very clean, and the furnishings are fresh and updated. It’s very close to our favorite beach, Happy Camp beach. We will stay here again!

This space was perfect for a weekend trip to Tillamook/Netarts! There were only three of us over the weekend, but 4-6 could stay here comfortably. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bill made the check-in process very easy, and communication was on point throughout.
