A charming Airbnb, super dog friendly with a nice grassy area to take your dog out. Conveniently located near town very clean accommodations would definitely come back.

We were just in Depoe Bay for the one night, but Pacific View Lodging was perfect for our family. Cozy beds, nice kitchenette, and it was great to have a table to sit at.

Great, cozy place. Felt right at home. Very quiet and private. Walkable distance from Depoe Bay whale watching center. Bill and Peggy responded promptly to all our questions. Very likely to stay again in the future.

Right off the 101 so doesn’t interfere with the 101 trip to Ashland. Super close to a Thai restaurant that we walked (3min) to which was also really good. Easy Reststop!

Pleasant place. It was only for 1 night, we didn't need to use all the amenities. But it has exactly what we needed: coffee machine, water cooker, microwave, small fridge. Room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. And it's easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The owners were friendly and very quick to respond to questions.

Units 1-3 have a good bit of noise from the street, but the stay was good, the rooms are spacious and clean and the communication was excellent. Excellent location and a very short walk over the bridge and into town.

Bill and Peggy’s lodge is the perfect base camp for Depoe Bay! Very clean room, easy self check in, and close to lots of good restaurants. Definitely worth a stay if you’re in the area!

This property is close to town and to an ocean overlook. It was small but cozy, clean, well decorated, and just what we needed.

My mom and I have been traveling the coast from Portland to San Fransisco, as a fun mother/daughter trip. We found Trollers Lodge and are so happy we did! Adorable place! The room was much larger than a typical hotel room with a very large kitchenette. The place was adorably decorated. And the beds… So comfortable!! Highly recommend this place for your journey!

This was such a great stay during our quick trip through Depoe Bay. Also the softest sheets I’ve slept on in years. I’ll be thinking about those sheets for a long time. Best sleep I’ve had on this whole trip.

Stayed here one night on our travels through the PNW coast. Older but the location was good and had everything you’d need. Didn’t use it but loved the added touch of a little free library on the property!

Got there late, but got in with no problem. Left early. If you want a place to stay before a fishing trip, this works really well. Just 2 minutes away from the bay.

Great room and amenities. Just across from the whale watching outfit we went out with. We would stay there again.

We arrived at 11 pm and were gone by 8 am, but wish we could've stayed longer! Very cute, cozy cabin vibes with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This was a great place to stay in Depoe. Easy to find. It was nice to be able to just walk to the shops. Bill and Peggy had a very helpful website they sent to me. It is a little bit older, but no complaints. We also like having a table to sit and eat breakfast.

Great location, priced well and very clean. Nice extras too like toothbrush kit popcorn and coffee. Booked last minute just for a place to stay so we wouldn’t have to go home from the beach and we were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely stay again.

This place is just great for a centrally located resting spot. They have bird and squirrel feeders all around the property and we saw everything from hummingbirds to seagulls and even vultures soaring around . Really well maintained property. I was hoping for a view of the ocean and there wasn’t that but I could walk a trail to a vantage point that gave me a photo op. All in all very happy with the property and would recommend 😃

My friend and I stayed here for a night during our Oregon road trip. The room was perfect for our stay.

We had a wonderful time. Depoe Bay is one of our favorite places to visit. As a native Oregonian, I want to support & promote our fabulous coast.

Lovely place close to the beach with a good selection of restaurants to choose from. Quiet and peaceful as well.

The location of the Airbnb was truly excellent — very central and well-connected. The room was decently sized, though not particularly spacious. The bathroom, however, was extremely small and felt a bit cramped. The kitchen setup is minimal, with no stove — suitable only for quick microwave meals. Overall, a good spot if you’re looking for a short stay with convenience in mind, but may not be ideal for those needing more space or planning to cook.

This is our second time booking on pacific view and it was pretty good both times. We love the location, the cleanliness, the comfy beds. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of things to do around there.

I had an issue (user error…I was tired…lol) with the fan and asked for help at 7pm and the host was SUPER helpful and quick to respond! ( I turned a switch off and realized a short time later the ceiling fan was off…they let me know to turn the switch back on…lol) Definitely worth it and hope to stay again soon! Thank you so much!

Pacific View Lodging with Bill and Peggy was a delight! The space was exceptionally clean and all areas were well appointed with kitchen and bathroom amenities. The beds were perfect, with extra pillows and blankets. We were able to quickly walk to dinner and breakfast: the locals were nice as well. It was a quiet, clean oasis after a long drive up the coast. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed here with my daughters. It was so easy to find, right next to Depoe Bay. Extremely walkable. We were only in town for 1 night and the price was so affordable. Didn’t think we could stay that close to the ocean for such a low cost.

Great place to stay when visiting Depoe Bay or Newport. Very clean room with good lighting and a cute little kitchen. Bathroom was super clean. Only mentions are that you cannot hear the ocean from this room, just the cars on the highway, and we had an issue with the thermostat during our stay. Bill & Peggy were very responsive and made everything seamless for our stay.

This is a very nice place to stay and it was very affordable during the winter off-season. I would definitely stay here again when passing through the area

This was a really great stay, definitely recommend it! Our room actually looked better than the pictures. Very peaceful, safe and cozy place. I wished we had more time to spend here. There are also lots of truly incredible spots within 10 minutes drive north and south of this inn to watch the stormy winter ocean. There are also some cafes pretty close by for breakfast and coffee.

Our stay was great and we got a clean, safe room to get a good night's rest. All of the amenities worked well and we got detailed instructions on how to find the place and to sign in easily. We had misplaced one of our items while checking out and Bill & Peggy were kind enough to let us know quickly so we could pick it back up. I would definitely recommend them and their place.

I stayed here with my kids and everyone working on the grounds were so helpful, warm, and friendly! They set the Christmas lights up same night and I’m so happy we got to see them. Our accommodations were perfectly clean and well stocked as well which made vacationing with small kids much easier.

Even though we didn’t travel with pets, we loved the special towels set aside for drying dirty paws and beach fur! If we would’ve stayed more than just overnight, it would’ve been perfect walking distance to a few of their highly recommended favorite restaurants. Location is right on the main drag, so expect traffic noise starting around 7am; but if you’re a morning bird, then no problem! The hosts were very helpful as I had booked two of their rooms on accident. They quickly helped me get a refund for the room I didn’t need. I loved the stress relief shampoo and conditioner! The towels are fluffy and clean. The kitchen is tiny but has everything you might need for a small meal and snacks! Love the dining table with a view of the local humbling birds! Thanks for having us at such short notice, Bill & Peggy!

Even though we were next to highway it was quiet. Everything worked. Had a grass area for dogs. They offered linens & towels for dogs & happy the room did not smell like dog. The on site hosts were friendly.

We loved this little space and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family! We loved being able to walk down to the downtown strip and to the lookout overlooking the bay. There were a couple things that got missed in the cleaning of the space, but overall it was much cleaner than other places we have stayed.

The place was good for the price it was priced at. Overall a great location for a roadtrip as it's right next to the highway which is a perfect stop to stay the night. Overall satisfied. The shower space was a bit small but it's doable

My two teen boys and I stayed with our small dog. Check in was easy. The hosts provided information about the area, including a walkable lookout point (for whale watching, sunset viewing, taking a peaceful view of the ocean, etc.). The lodge may seem a bit older, but it looks well taken care of and provides many details - kitchenette with clean dishes, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, toiletries that may have been forgotten (toothbrush, razors, shaving lotion, etc.). Linens were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Before and during our stay, Peggy was extremely communicative. The two times during our visit we asked for additional supplies, they arrived within minutes. The kitchenette had more dishes and gadgets than most hotels, and the overhead fan helped us sleep immensely. The walkable distance to the world's smallest harbor and delish restaurants couldn't be beat. Do bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper — with the walkable location comes the close proximity to the highway!

We stayed at T02 - Beacon @ Trollers Lodge in Depoe Bay. It was easy to find with good parking and easy access to the unit. The beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and the bathroom nice and clean. Despite having other units close by, it was not noisy. The only thing I would recommend is that they get a more powerful microwave oven in the kitchen. The one we used took a long time to heat even basic foods. I would recommend this Airbnb as it is a perfect stop for travelers along the Oregon coast and it's close to many beautiful coastal attractions. It's also affordable, with is very important.

The location was wonderful - there was so much to do nearby! Tidy room exactly what we wanted

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was filled with special touches and amenities! My kids especially liked the microwavable popcorn bag! It's location is really wonderful, too! An easy walk into Depoe Bay where there are great restaurants and coffee, and whale watching. Traveling as a family, I always hope to find an affordable place to stay that also offers a space to prepare food, and this did just that and more! We will definitely stay again!

It's equivalent to a stay at a motel. The bathroom had me colstrophobic; the shower is tiny. The $100 cleaning fee doesn't make sense to me. No access to the ocean. The Thai food across the street was amazing tho! Check-in was simple.

Very easy check-in and check out. Lots of extra touches such as a bag of microwaved popcorn, shaving cream, full bottle of hand soap. Very clean and nice quaint room. Would recommend requesting a room on the ocean side to avoid some of the highway noise (which wasn’t too busy when we stayed). We enjoyed dinner in the next town over and lunch overlooking the ocean.

The room was a lot bigger than expected! Clean, quiet, and in a great area. The hosts were extremely responsive and we ended up extending our trip another night.

While it is an older property, it was convenient, clean, and quiet. I never heard those in adjoining rooms, or road traffic. I loved how they had local roasted and branded (Left Coast) coffee in the room. We both slept like a rock on the super mattresses in the room. If you want a great dinner…Tidal Raves is a great mid priced choice. I would stay here again, if I was in Depoe Bay.

We came to Depoe Bay to meet with some friends and view the king tides. The place was quaint, comfortable with plenty of towels, toiletries and comfortable beds. It was everything we needed. It is an older, but updated place and exceptionally clean. No odd smells. The owner truly shows the effort to make your room very clean and comfortable. Also we had Quick responses and great communication. Thank you !

Sweet, comfy spot!

Room number 2 was perfect for our family of four. We appreciated the black out curtains, and all the extra amenities. Being roadside, there is some traffic noise, but we still slept well! Loved being able to walk into town!

It is so hard to find a place that is dog friendly. We like to take our dogs with us as much as we can as they are a part of the family. Our pets felt welcomed and loved there. The staff there is so welcoming and friendly and the place was extremely clean and cozy. We will definitely return there.

We really enjoyed our stay in Depoe Bay. The unit is a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and the bridge/waterfront in Depoe Bay. The space was clean and it was nice that they even provided extra linens to cover furniture for pets. We will definitely rely consider staying if back in town.

It was amazing!!! Such a cute area in a beautiful location, well worth it for the price. There are always the spiders, etc, on the oregon coast, but this place manages to appear clean even with that. I would definitely recommend this place.

This property showed it's age. The bathroom was very small. The idea there is a Pacific View will only apply if you open the back window shade and lean to the left slightly. It really faced a busy highway. A little disappointed. Although there was a recommendation for dinner that turned out be awesome!

We only had a little trouble getting inside the unit (had to enter the code WITHOUT pushing the Yale button at the top of the keypad before) but was able to get ahold of Peggy very quickly and got inside soon after. Very appreciative of her proactive and quick response!

Beautiful location, perfect place to stay over night.

It was a good place to stay & enjoy. The place wad cozy & clean. The only Con is, there is no stove in the kitchen. Stove will help the guests to cook food.

We had a wonderful time at Bill and Peggy’s place! We would definitely stay with them again! They provided lots of wonderful recommendations that we took them up on! It was also super close to town which made walking super easy! Their place was very clean and they even provided convenient bathroom toiletries like razors for shaving, make up remover, shampoo, and conditioner! There was a lot to do in town too and we even saw a number of whales from a distance while viewing from the boardwalk and got some very close up viewing on the whales on a boat tour we did, which was incredible!

If the lodging appeared on Airbnb as simply a motel for an overnight stay, this was so not the case. The beds were luxuriously appointed and ever so comfortable in the roomy space. The kitchen was well-equipped (including a bag of delicious coffee). The bathroom had enough hooks to hang the plush towels (a detail I often note) and the shower water pressure was just right. Very clean, very quiet, and lawns aplenty for our 2 dogs to take care of their potty needs. We had a comfortable stay in a lovely, well-furnished space.

We loved our stay at the Lodge. Even though it’s straight next to the Hwy we didn’t hear much traffic noise. We probably had the best shower on our trip…strong & hot! Just be aware that there aren’t any proper cooking supplies - only a microwave & plates.

This was a quick one night accommodation for my daughter, two granddaughters and myself. It was very easy to find, nice location, the room was very clean. Bill responded to my one question quickly and was very friendly with recommendations on short walks in the area. Nothing fancy, just perfect for a nice night on the coast. Trollers Lodge is a great place to stay in the quiet town of Depoe Bay. Just a 20 minute drive south of Lincoln City it offers less traffic and better prices from what I've been able to find. The room was cozy and clean and had 2 queen beds. My friend and I were very pleased with everything. Bill was very communicative and left nothing to chance that we might have any trouble getting in and knowing where to park... I would stay here again for sure!

Our family had a wonderful peaceful time. We will definitely be coming back again. Covers were provided to put on the beds so our pup could be up on the beds. There were many little touches that made our stay extra special. From the wine bottle opener to the dishes/silverware to the bag of popcorn and coffee and to the little makeup wash cloth and soaps in the bathroom. All those little things made our trip extra special. And, can I just say that the light/fan combo was amazing! We have never seen a light/fan combo like that before! Thank you for making our family trip memorable.

This was our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. We absolutely love being hosted by Bill and Patty and the units have everything you could possibly need for a short or long time stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly, quiet, and well located. Biggest plus was how welcoming they were to our big pup. The units are perfectly catered for doggos, and Bill greeted Apollo with treats every morning!

This was a great room for a night on a coast road trip with my mother. We were able to fix ourselves dinner in the kitchenette. The shower heat is great and the entire unit was very clean and easy to get in when we arrived at night.

We had a great stay at the Trollers Lodge! We arrived late and left early to go fishing, but the self check-in and check-out worked perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's sleep. We'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night and the room was very much adequate for our needs -- clean, all the basics for a shower, preparing our snacks, and a mostly uninterrupted sleep. It's pretty much steps from the highway and passing traffic noise was pretty constant during the daytime hours we were there but the road was pretty quiet at night. We didn't hear neighbors though I'm assuming the neighboring units were occupied. There appear to be 2 buildings with units (motel style) on the slight hill the grounds sit on, the one we stayed in is closer to the highway and the other sits on the ocean side and seems to have views seaward and also picks up more ocean sounds. Would be nice to know ahead which sort if unit we were chosing. Communication with the host was very good - he botified us promptlyabout a potentialissue with the key and we had no trouble checking in. I have already recommended this place to a friend. It seems to have pretty good value, especially considering it's location on the coast. The fees were also reasonable compared to many other air b&b's.

This Air BNB is as described. Location is great. Could used some improvement but overall it was cleaned. Everything worked well. Hot shower and comfortable beds. Great view of ocean behind this location. Even saw a whale swimming by. I recommend this Air BNB for a short stay.

This was an amazing big place to stay! Beds were sooo comfortable! We were in town for my sons 15th birthday fishing charter. He kept talking about how much he loved the room! We will definitely stay again!

We scored a last minute booking here and just had such a lovely time. Took a walk across the bridge, saw some whales and seals just a short walk away. The space was clean and comfortable and in a lovely location!

I do not like hotels or hotel chains, but if I do have to stay in a hotel, I like a family owned business just like this. It was clean, quiet, easy and the beds were so comfy. We sat at the picnic table and on our little front porch bench. The kitchen was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well-provisioned as others have mentioned. It was very cozy. The small refrigerator/freezer was actually cold! The unit is high up facing the road and the view is of forested hills. Instructions for arriving, parking, accessing, and leaving the unit were very clear and easy. There are other instructions inside the unit that are well-placed so you can't miss them, clear and reasonable. Bill responded very quickly when we made a request. We would stay here again.

Our one night there (wish it was many more) was awesome. The room cleaned , looked clean and smelled clean. The directions for the dog sheets were great and easy. The beds very comfortable. Only downside is it’s right on hwy 101…. But it’s 25-35 mph zone so almost no road noise. The property itself was awesome. Clean and well maintained.

Great little place for the pice- close to the beach, though beach access isn’t immediate. Right by the road, rather than the ocean, so be aware. Very clean and accommodating. Lots of bathroom amenities including toothbrushes and razors, which was neat. Most places I’ve stayed don’t have them. All instructions were emailed and everything was clear and accurate. This is a hidden gem. It’s located with in walking distance to restaurants and shopping and not a long drive to Lincoln city and New Port. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I loved that dogs are allowed and there is a grassy area for them. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again when we visit Depot Bay.

We had a wonderful stay in T2 at Trollers. Our drive from Washington took longer than we expected and we were very tired by the time we arrived after dark. The excellent directions made the place easy to find and we located our numbered parking space with no problem. We got into the room once we actually followed directions and put the code into the number pad on the door (and not the older pad on the door frame). After getting our bags inside we walked the short distance to a local restaurant for a relaxing meal and drink. Across from the restaurant and shops is an excellent ocean viewing spot. We were especially grateful to find the same restaurant open for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. We had plenty of space and the room was lovely. The hosts have provided thoughtful extras, such as microwavable popcorn, individually wrapped toothbrushes in case you forgot yours, shaving supplies, make-up remover with a dark towel, and more. We appreciated the coffee maker and kitchenette with dining table. The bed is sumptuously comfy. The sheets are especially soft, and two warm blankets (as well as a spare if you need more) added to a great night’s sleep. Thank you so much for the attention to these details!

Very clean and comfortable room. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud! The location was great, easy to find and right near the little town center. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect review is that it was smaller than I was expecting. Everyone expounds on the pictures online, it seems. It was really a average hotel room size with a kitchenette in one corner. My mistake probably for not looking thoroughly. But... a nice place to stay in spite of that.

Honestly one of the easiest stays my wife and I have booked on the Airbnb platform thus far. The check in/out process was super simple. The place was clean, quiet, and as described. Definitely a place we’ll come back too if we get another chance to get out to the beach again.

Staying here in what was once a roadside motor court motel is like spending the night at Grandma's cabin at the beach - and that's not a bad thing. Far more affordable than most other accommodations in the area, this circa 1952 room in a circa 1937 motel appears to have last been cosmetically updated around the turn of the millennium - but that doesn't mean it's not a good choice when visiting the Oregon Coast. The room was clean, totally functional, had two comfortable queen beds, a TV with many channel choices and, though it's right alongside Highway 101, it was quiet and peaceful. It's also only a couple of blocks away from downtown Depoe Bay so you're only a ten minute walk away from a cold beer, a tasty meal, and whatever gifty shop things you might want to browse. If you want luxury (at luxury prices), look elsewhere; if you see a motel at the beach as somewhere safe to sleep, bathe, prepare a quick meal or snack, then head out to see the sights, this will probably be a good choice for a couple, two couples, or a family with kids.

My pup and I had an easy stay here. Check in instructions were careful & complete. The place is located right off the highway, so easy access to the rest of Depoe Bay and along the coast if you're doing a coastal highway tour like I was. Wonderful to smell the ocean air in the morning!

Solid room for a solid price. Linens were clean and space felt clean, bathroom was a bit less than perfect but overall we were happy with our stay. Keep in mind that this is essentially a motel. Not your usual Airbnb experience. I wasn’t really expecting that, and I wish I had known so that’s why I’m writing this here. Really nice location though and the staff who was going around cleaning in the morning were really nice and friendly.

We didn’t get to stay as long as we’d liked but this place was perfect for what we needed and in an awesome location right on the coast. We loved the setup and wish we could have enjoyed it more.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our pup! It was clean and the self-check in made it social-distancing friendly. We could hear the ocean but it was not visible from our room. There is a sandy beach a few minutes away, but no beach access or much of a view. There is a great viewpoint just 30 seconds up the road across from downtown shops and restaurants that made up for it. The sheets were very soft and the extra pillows were nice! We played cards and domino at the table in the little kitchen and it was perfect. We also appreciated the mini fridge for leftovers and beverages. Overall, great stay that was exactly what we needed! No frills and felt comfortable. We never had to leave the room once we got there :)

Awesome stay! There isn’t any beach access but it’s not the owners fault haha nice views though

Cute place, lots of small personal touches. Soaps, lotions, razors, bandaids (which I did have to use). Small kitchen had a lot of things to use. Clean room

Troller's Lodge is a unique, lovely place to stay. The rooms are solid and clean, the beds very comfortable. Bill and his wife are incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend their stay...especially if you have pets.

Very cute. I'm sure it's not always a disappointment but unfortunately for us it smelled like we were sleeping in a dog kennel full of wet dogs. The location is great, all necessary amenities and the check in was extremely smooth.

Great Location & Cozy Rooms

The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The Keurig coffee maker was a great touch with coffee pods and we enjoyed the outdoor grill and picnic table. It was a perfect place for the family and very clean. We also enjoyed the Bath and Body works Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion. The location was pretty decent and you can walk to town with the restaraunts and shops. It is a short drive to Fogarty Beach which was the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

This unit is set up like a hotel room. Beds are of medium firmness. Somewhat dated in its decor but certainly everything we needed for our brief stay. We would book again as it was very reasonably priced.

Stayed here for one night while driving down the coast from WA to CA. Was a great place to rest. Super comfy beds & great food and shops within walking distance.

Our Stay was great! It was easy walking distance to all of the shopping in Depoe Bay. The room was very clean and nice and the host was really helpful and friendly in providing local tips about places to eat. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
