Pacific View Lodging began with a simple idea—create a place on the Oregon Coast that felt like a true getaway, while building something sustainable along the way. What started nearly a decade ago with two vacation rental condos in Lincoln City has grown into a collection of coastal stays across Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, and Netarts.

Over the years, we’ve expanded from vacation rentals into boutique motels and back again, always focused on what works best for our guests. Today, Pacific View Lodging includes a mix of vacation homes and classic coastal motels, offering a range of options for travelers looking to experience the Oregon Coast.

Our path here wasn’t traditional. With a background in technology and project management, we built our systems from the ground up—leaning into automation early so guests can easily book, check in, and enjoy their stay with minimal friction. At the same time, we’ve never lost sight of the personal side of hospitality. When guests need help, we’re here.

We made the move from Eastern Washington to the Oregon Coast full-time because this place simply drew us in. From the rugged shoreline and long stretches of beach to the small coastal towns and slower pace of life, it’s a place we’ve always loved—and one we’re proud to share with others.

What keeps us going is the variety of people we get to host and the stories that come with them. Whether it’s a quick coastal getaway, a family trip, or someone discovering the Oregon Coast for the first time, we aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.
