The housekeeping staff is doing a wonderful job, this place is clean. Nice to have a small fenced-in yard for the fur babies. So many things to like about this house, plenty of space for everybody. Nice deck, fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, TVs. Thank you!

We had a peaceful stay in Bill and Peggy's place! The view was beautiful, and it was close to lots of great restaurants and things to do. The house is fantastic for 6 guests, with muliple areas to hang out individually, or gather together.

Very nice place with a great view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked and nice propane grill on the deck. Plenty of room to relax and hang out. Fenced back yard was great for the pups. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful house. We made our own meals, slept really well in the comfy beds, had daily hot tub time, and walked down the hill to the beach. We saw a couple deer and a hawk and had rainbows each morning! It was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s birthday!

We had a great stay in Lincoln City. The house is spacious and the views are nice, even in rainy December. The kitchen has everything you need for a nice meal and the beds were comfy. Being able to park in the garage was a nice touch.

The home was lovely and very comfortable. Easy to understand instructions for getting into the house. All in all, we had a great time relaxing and seeing the surrounding area. A big thanks to Bill and Peggy.

We visit the coast often, but this stay was truly special. After losing one of our beloved pups, we came here hoping to find peace—and we did. The view is breathtaking, and seeing a baby deer just a few feet from the deck felt magical. The house is cozy, spotless, and has everything you need. The hot tub and fireplace made it extra comforting. Bill and Peggy were incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts, with great local recommendations. A beautiful home, peaceful location, and hosts who truly care. Our hearts are grateful. ❤️

Had a WONDERFUL time for a special week with family. The house was spacious and VERY comfortable. The yard and deck was so pleasant sitting outside with a very relaxing view. awesome place. Great backyard and deck area. hot tub worked perfectly. lots of space in the house. basically had 2 separate living rooms with tvs so if you have kids that want to watch one thing then adults could watch another.

We spent the week at The Pacific Lookout in Lincoln City, and from the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The house was even better than the photos—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches like spices and towels by the door. The view was amazing, the beds were comfy, and everything was spotless. Our kids loved it so much my 5-year-old called it “the Holiday House” and didn’t want to leave. The backyard was perfect for them to play, and the hot tub with that ocean view was incredible. We loved having a garage, easy check-in/out, and great communication from Bill & Peggy. It was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. For us, it’s not if we’ll be back—it’s when. Thank you, Bill & Peggy!

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautifully decorated and very functional, with fans in every room to help keep the air moving. The AC in the kitchen does a good job cooling the main area, and opening the windows in the back bedrooms is a nice option for letting in the evening breeze. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and wonderful privacy. The backyard was perfect for our pups to run and play. We also loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach—it’s so convenient! While there isn’t a crosswalk there, there are easy parking options down the road if you prefer to drive. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

The house is nice, well furnished and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with the cooking essentials. The view of the ocean is amazing. I rented this place specifically because they had a fenced yard for my pups and it was fantastic! Its a very private and peaceful area with only one other house on the street, which you cant even see when out in the backyard.

Our stay at Pacific Outlook was wonderful. The view of the ocean was so nice. The house was perfect for us. We are all seniors, and it was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We all enjoyed our stay there. We will be back.

On a scale 1-5 I give them 5+. location looked even better than photos. View of ocean and waves you could see from all back windows and on deck. Back yard was perfect for my little dog. no holes in fence for her to escape through. We saw 4 deer up close 1 day, couple times ground squirrels and seagulls on roof just hanging out. We had binoculars, good thing to bring. Inside was everything you need to make meals. I had brought extra blankets for sofa’s. However they provide large flat sheets for sofa’s. My dog is mostly maltese breed, which not much for shedding however I still cover furniture - she is still a dog. 3 Bedroom loved the detail in each room, beautiful collection of Art and bedspread’s with toss pillow. I loved the room with lighthouse pictures the most. Hope they keep it dog friendly so, we can come next year. They responded instantly when we couldn’t get TV to work. It wasn’t TV It was 2 Senior ladies not IT, don’t own smart TVs. Awesome Air B&B😁

Ample space for 6 adults with plenty of seating. Beautifully decorated. Large fenced yard was awesome for the dogs. Could use additional cooking utensils and more towels and wash cloths.

We enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to come back. We have stayed at multiple places in Lincoln City and this spot definitely is on top of the list, close to everything but still quiet, lots of space, hot tub is a plus, well fenced.

This place was by far the best spot for us! If you are looking for a quiet secluded space and have dogs this is the spot! The place was beautiful inside and out. The fenced yard was large and the scenery breathtaking! Views of the ocean and nature were just amazing! The place is stocked with everything you need. They even had linens for the four legged friends:) We will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great private location with an awesome view. As much as I like being right on the beach, this rental made up for it with the pet friendly fenced yard, comfortable beds, large open living room/kitchen space, plenty of parking, and good coffee.

Felt relaxed from the moment we got there. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. It was a nice touch providing sheets to put on furniture. Would definitely go back.

Overall, we really enjoyed the house. Clean, quiet (even though it’s perched above Hwy 101), and a great view. There’s a fire pit in the back yard but be sure to bring wood as it’s not supplied. There was one relatively minor drawback that we’ve run into before with some other rentals…no toilet paper provided other than the rolls already in place. Having to buy some more wasn’t a big deal but for the price of the rental we would expect it to be better stocked. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the Wi-Fi worked great. We would definitely rent this place again.

This place was in a great location, ability to walk to restaurants and beautiful view of the beach. It is located off a busy street so beach access is tricky. We will definitely be back!

My siblings and I had a wonderful stay in Lincoln City. This house was exactly as described and couldn't have been any better. The kitchen was awesome, the views were phenomenal, the hot tub was a huge added bonus and the beds were super comfortable. They thought of everything and we couldn't have been more pleased.

Spacious, functional and well-kept place to stay. Hot tub was great, but highway noise when outside made the deck less appealing. A cover over the deck would be great to allow use during the rain.

House was a great size for our group of 6 adults. Beds are on the soft side but comfortable. Those that need a hard bed may be uncomfortable. Appreciated that there was plenty dishwasher tablets and paper towels. Nice fenced yard for the dogs with a nice deck area. Would stay here again.

Great single story house with a fenced yard for our dogs and lovely views! We used the kitchen and it was well enough appointed for us to cook in daily for a week. As others have noted they provide sheets and towels to help protect the furniture from dogs, which was appreciated. We travel with dog blankets so I wish I’d seen this to save space in the car.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious, very clean, quiet, and modern. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view was fantastic. The hot tub was wonderful - we enjoyed it each day. And everything was so pet friendly…from the nicely fenced in yard to the many pet furniture covers that were provided. We highly recommend staying here!

My family went here with our dogs to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday!:) it was stunning to simultaneously be playing games while enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean. The fenced in yard is always nice, especially when we let the dogs out to use the restroom easily. And hot tub was also lovely! My only suggestion would be to provide a couple more dishwasher pods (there were only 2 for the 3 days we were there. So unfortunately we had to leave some dirty dishes that were hand cleaned in dishwasher. That’s no big deal though:) We will keep this place in mind for our next big celebration, like mom’s 80th bday;)

Exactly as described, great view, and fenced yard for the pups was a game changer.

When we arrived the place wasn’t the cleanest the refrigerator was dirty, sand and dog hair in the living room and one of the bedrooms had dirt on the comforter for the bed and stain on the closet door. My family and I cleaned as we did not want to put anything inside without it being cleaned. I contacted Bill and Peggy that evening to advise them and they responded immediately, they also offered to have the cleaning company come out. We declined as we did clean. Appreciated the quick response and a solution. That being said the house was great we had two small dogs which were able to use the backyard, the furniture coverings were awesome. My parents are elderly so having the one story was great for them to move around. It’s a short walking distance to the beach. The view of the water and sunset from the backyard and living room was priceless. Would definitely come back to stay great location and very responsive hosts.

What a great vacation spot!! My first time on the coast and I got so lucky to be able to spend some days here! Great location, for starters. Above that, the house was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was spacious and had everything you could think of.. including things like coffee/creamer, a crockpot, seasonings, makeup remover etc.. even a dog bowl for the pup!! (So cute) the house even provided couch covers if you had a pet with you, which I found really thoughtful because I wanted to pack my own and totally forgot! Fenced in yard was perfect for the pup, plenty of towels for the hot tub and space for multiple people to chill out and have their own space. I wish I had thoughts of being back on the west coast because I’d happily stay here again. The beds were so so so cozy!! Not sure what kind of mattress toppers were therebut I’m very tempted to get my own. (@ the owners, feel free to message me & tell me because I really loved the beds haha) can’t recommend enough!!!

Great place to stay for family wish we could of stayed longer

We wanted to bring our pup to the coast with us, and this was the perfect place for us to stay. There was a large fenced yard for him to run around in, though the gate is a little shorter than the fence so had to keep an eye on him to make sure he didnt try to jump it. He's an Aussie, so any dog smaller I think would be fine. Loved the decor in the house, and having them supply sheets to cover the couches was very thoughtful. Some dogs just like to snuggle with their people up on the couch. All in all, this was a great home base to stay at for our puppy beach trip

The home was welcoming and beautiful. They made us feel right at home with several areas to relax or play cards. The automatic lights in hallway was a nice addition so we could find our way to the rooms after a relaxing movie night. After long days walking the beach hunting for glass floats, the relaxing hot tub was a nice night cap. We would recommend this house for a family fun beach trip.

This place wasn’t cheap yet we will be back. The community space for cooking, dining, playing games and/or reading is terrific! And all of it gave us a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and incredible sunsets. The TV package is complete for those who need their morning news or sports. The kitchen is well equipped. The place has a beautiful view, and the home was very comfortable also easy check in and communication was great. Our only complaints where that we felt there should have been more supplies available toiletries and Kitchen cleaning stuff was minimal also, we had no intention of using the hot tub, but we couldn't due to the fact that the combination was not available on the property

Great stay, close to shops and grocery stores. Plenty of room for the 5 of us with pets. We especially enjoyed the secluded property, fenced yard and hot tub. Recommend bringing spices with you if you are cooking as there were none. The property is close to the beaches but not walkable. Need to cross 101 for beach access. Overall a great place and would recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Lincoln City and staying at this home! Our dogs loved the backyard! The house is fully equipped with any thing you could need! Amazing host and they were so quick at responding to any inquiries I had! Amazing views and very private! We even saw a dear one morning in the front yard!

This was a great home to stay in for the weekend! Its beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, amazing views. We felt comfortable from the minute we walked in. We had everything we needed, plus some. Sitting out on the deck looking at the ocean was so relaxing and peaceful. There is a little road noise from HWY 101, but not too bad. The hot tub did not work while we were there, but the owners were quick to address it and credit us back immediately for the hot tub fee. We didnt bring our dog, but i will definately next time. The yard is nicely fenced and the home feels dog friendly even though there was no sign of any dogs being there before, it was so clean. Thank you Bill and Peggy, we will be back!
