We absolutely loved our stay at the Whale Inn! The room matched the description perfectly and the instructions we received from Peggy and Bill were crystal clear. Peggy was wonderful enough to respond to me at 6pm when I was trying to find 4th of July fireworks for my kids. Very responsive and would definitely stay with them again!
A quick but pleasant trip to Depoe Bay was accentuated by these comfortable accommodations. We will hope to make another reservation when we visit next.

We had a great stay. Good central location. The place was comfortable and we enjoyed having the small ocean view. It is adjacent hwy 101, so there can be quite a bit of road noise at times. Appreciated having a kitchen, but it was lacking some common kitchen essentials when we stayed.

Good location and a cute clean room. I only wish they had a baking sheet so you could use the oven.
This was right off the main road through town, within walking distance from everything we needed, and not far to drive to additional shopping, hiking & other fun activities. I stayed with family, who said the bed was much too soft for them to sleep. I took the pull out sofa bed, which was also pretty uncomfortable, so I opted to sleep on the couch with the cushions in place, which worked well for me, but may not for a taller person. Overall, I'd recommend, and very much appreciated the space and cozy decor! The bathroom was clean & spacious. Thank you so much! ♡
