Great place to stay away from big crowds. Host responds very quickly. The area is very close to the beach and a short drive to oceanside gets you the perfect scenery for amazing sunset views!! No complaints whatsoever overall. Thank You

We picked this place out of location to ocean while passing through the area… it was close to a store market & the toiletries provided were perfect for overnight accommodations. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 adults, hot showers & all in all great spot for passing through!

My family and I really enjoyed Bill and Peggy's place. It was warm, cozy and clean. The unit had all amenities as advertised. The location provided close access to the coast. Highly recommended!

Place is very clean, easy to find, close to the bay and beach. We only stayed over night but had everything we needed, shower had every you need for that, beds were comfy, mini fridge and microwave. They had a welcome basket with some goodies that was nice. Over all would stay here again in the future.

This place was great! It fit a pack n play in the main room and the beds were comfortable and it comfortably fit 4 people and a baby. A short walk to the beach and the market just behind it has pretty good samosas.

It was a good stay

Wonderful place to stay. Good size rooms and the tiny sort of kitchen had your basic needs and it was absolutely perfect for us. They provide more than the average place which I really appreciated. Comfy beds and just enough space for my toddler to run around. They even provide extra sheets and towels to protect furniture and clean up messy messes. Very clean!

Very communicative host, sent a email with local recommendations. The accommodations were very clean, with nice Bath and Body Works amenities. Easy check in process with a keypad and plenty of parking onsite. The place was very centrally located and close to everything we needed. Would stay again!

Bill and Peggy's place was perfect for me and my husband. We spent more time in Tillamook. Their place was perfect because they were close to all of the main attractions we wanted to visit. Lots of room. We had a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom but only used 1 of the bedrooms. We loved that we had 2 bathrooms. We will plan on returning when we get a chance.

Great place for us "long out of" college girlfriends to stay for a night as we worked our way north up the Oregon coast. Main living area was a bit smaller than we had hoped, but still very nice.

This is my second time staying with bill and Peggy and it’s absolutely amazing stay everytime, the place itself is always clean! And the beds are absolutely comfy, love that they are pet friendly! The location is my absolute favorite walking distance to the ocean which is spectacular and easy to get to, and away from the hustle and bustle of tillamook but close enough to enjoy all the things tillamook has to offer!

Beautiful area, super close to the beach! A short drive to Cape Mears Lighthouse and another short drive into Tillamook proper. Good restaurants; highly recommend The Fern! Comfy beds and nice to have two bedrooms!

This is a great little place to stay for some beach time. Very well stocked with everything you need, and comfortable.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very neat and in a quiet location. Check-in was simple and there were plenty of parking spots right by the unit. There were really nice touches like extra toiletries. Would definitely recommend this place!

Easy, Clean place to stay on the coast to visit beaches and such.

We had a 1 night stay and the place is perfectly described, clean and comfortable. The decor was really nice and extremely well taken care of. In the bathroom there was a basket of items that one may have forgotten (ex: toothbrush) which was a really nice touch and very thoughtful. The kitchen had enough plates, cups and utensils to fit us comfortably. overall, this was perfect stay!

This was a great stay for me, my husband, daughter and my mom. Perfect sleeping arrangements for just one night as we were out and about exploring. We enjoyed our stay and would be back!

Really happy about our experience here. I was a little nervous because the price was so reasonable that I didn't want to hope for too much, but the place was very clean with so much attention to detail. The beds were comfortable, the wifi fast, and the communication easy and effective. I don't have anything to complain about. It was a nice respite after a long day of travel! And close to some beautiful beaches! If we ever get to come back to this part of the country we would definitely stay again!

Great place near the bay/beach without all the crowds and traffic. Bathroom doors don't shut well (master doesn't latch) but beds were comfortable and had very soft throws.

If you want a great place near Tillamook to stay, I'd recommend this place. A short drive to a beautiful decommissioned light house and easy access to Tillamook.

Very happy we found this place to stay. Two rooms with two queens and two bathrooms, super nice find for a traveling family of 4. Beds were very comfortable, and I was pleasantly shocked at how quiet it was. We didn’t hear a thing from our neighboring guests on either side. Easy walk to a great beach with beautiful sunset. Would look to stay here again if we return to the area.

We loved our stay at the Surf Inn! It suited our group of 3 perfectly. Nice open space to hang out & private bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Close to several beaches & places to eat. We had dinner at an amazing sushi restaurant 10 mins away. The room was clean and had above & beyond kitchen & bathroom amenities. Any thing we might have forgotten was provided. I loved the Bath & Body works products. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely return!

After talking to managers, housekeepers, maintenance guy and finally the owner, we were able to get into a unit. The unit we reserved had a lock that would not open. I understand that “things happen”, but I spent 40 minutes talking to the multiple people above trying to open a door while my wife and child waited in the car. I’m glad they finally got us to another unit. Views were amazing and beach access is easy.

This place is beautiful and immaculate. I’ve traveled the northern coast, and this is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen

Overall, it worked for our family. It could have used a bit more cleaning as pet hair from prior guests. It would be nice to have had a dish rack to dry dishes. I loved the lighting, most hotels are so dark. There was a dog next door to us that woke me up at 1:30 AM running around and several times after that was so loud it was heard over the bathroom fan and shower, but I don't blame the hosts for other guests.

The place is in a really nice area and looks just like the pictures. We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and it was well-maintained.

Walked to the beach in the morning and grabbed a coffee right across the street! Great dive bar about a half mile up the street as well

Pacific View Lodging was perfect for our family, especially for 1-2 nights. The location was near a delicious place for breakfast (we chose Current Cafe and did pick up), beach access, and a spot to view the sunset. I was impressed by how clean and thoughtful the space was—it felt like anything we could have forgotten was stocked inside! I will be looking into their other properties on the coast next time I need a getaway! Highly recommend staying here!

We found this place as we needed a place that would accept pets. We came to Tillamook to watch our grandson wrestle the next day. The property answered all our needs. Stayed at Bill and Peggy's one night on our way through the coast. The place is very easy to find and get into. Beds are extremely comfortable and it was really nice to each have our own bathroom. The place is very clean and well stocked with useful items for a one-night stay. My only negative is the walls are very very thin and you can hear the people next to you and the road very well.

Hard to beat for the price. Bathroom could've been a smidge cleaner, but overall felt comfortable and cozy.

Missing linens for the sofa sleeper so if you plan on using it check to make sure the cleaning service left them in the closet. The hosts are fast in responding to any issues but check early while the cleaning service is available.

This was perfect for us and a family member. Great location right off the highway, clean and updated, and plenty of amenities. Easy parking, access was through a touch screen door lock, accessible room and bathroom for an older family member which was nice. Great price too. We heard garbage trucks just outside the window at 4:30am but nothing that the host can control. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Pacific View Lodge near Tillamook, Oregon, was absolutely fantastic! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lodge offered everything we needed for a perfect coastal getaway. The lodge was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved the spacious living area with its comfortable seating and large windows that provided breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathrooms were modern and spotless. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the stunning Oregon coastline and the famous Tillamook Creamery. We enjoyed exploring the nearby hiking trails and beaches. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. Overall, the Pacific View Lodge exceeded our expectations.

The owners were very responsive. We had a problem with noise from neighbors and they addressed the issue. The unit was a little small for four adults even though it had 2 bedrooms. Might have been good for two adults and two kids. Unit was fairly clean but there was a lot of hair and dust under beds.

The place was cozy and comfortable. It was nice having an additional bathroom to get ready and separate bedroom areas and living space so the kids could go to sleep and we could watch tv without disturbing them.

Stay was comfortable.. The place would be perfect for a family of 4 . We were 6 and it was a bit tight but manageable. The place was clean and the location was ideal and close to a couple of restaurants . The host was responsive helping us with the checkin instructions when asked . The second bathroom can be made a bit spacious though . Overall a pleasant stay.

Came to the coast for a last minute trip with some visiting east coast friends & this room easily accommodated 5 of us. It’s set up in a way where once its bedtime everyone has their own space, which is nice for that many guests. Bill & Peggy have so many thoughtful touches in their place & in their communications. They provided lots of great recommendations & tips for the area. They were very flexible & accommodating with our two support pooches that accompanied us - they provide extra linens for furniture covers & towels to keep the pups & place clean. Will definitely be back!

Showers are small and the space is just compact. Felt more like a motel setting than a typical air Bnb. Beds were comfortable and the place clean. I would recommend for proximity to beach and for overnight stays. A little longer, the small space gets to be annoying. The hosts seem great though and the area felt safe.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I as we made our way up the coast! It was our favorite place to stay from our whole trip and fell in love with the beautiful scenery around Netarts & Tillamook! Would definitely stay here again! We had a good time staying at Bill and Peggy’s place. It’s very close to the bay lookout and close to the Happy Camp beach. Place was very clean and well maintained. It was a tad small for a family of 5. But still not uncomfortable. Will recommend for a family of 4 or lesser.

Great spot for a stop on our Oregon coast roadtrip

A great place to stay while visiting this amazing spot. The bed was maybe the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and while tight, it was the perfect spot for our family of six as we passed through town. Thanks Bill and Peggy.

Beautiful area and easy to get to. Living room/Kitchen area was smaller than I expected. If you choose to use the pull-out couch, then the sitting chair has to be moved and it is difficult to get around the bed. I also didn't realize that the unit didn't have air conditioning, but thankfully there was a nice breeze through the windows. Overall, a decent little unit, but I was hoping it would have been a little more spacious.

Our family was in Portland for the long holiday weekend, and we decided to drive to the coast overnight. We had five adults, and the property was clean and had what we needed overnight. It would have been small for five adults if we had stayed longer, but it was enough for us. If you are a coffee drinker, they provide a coffee pot and filters, but you need to bring your own coffee. It is a close walk to the beach but would not be for someone with mobility issues.

I’ve never stayed in a motel like this! It was so roomy, clean, comfortable, and the owners paid great attention to detail providing coffee, popcorn, toothbrushes, and all that you need to feel at home ! Our family loved this place and the blue by hydrangeas in front of our window felt like a dream!

We stayed here while we attended my husbands sisters wedding. It was quiet and a peaceful spot, the lodge was super roomy, had great amenities, and accommodated guests who have pets (so cool). The ocean is walkable distance away, surrounded by cute little shops. 10/10 would stay here again! Thanks Bill and Peggy for the wonderful stay!!

Very clean and they have obviously done well with updates and making it a cozy place to sleep. Prepping food is difficult since the kitchen area is smaller than an RV kitchen setup, and there is a table for 2 for eating. We didn't realize this was a motel type of building that was conv erted into units to rent. Updates are nice and sleeping was comfortable but if you want a little space to stretch out or a yard this isn't a good fit for that.

Nice place with two bedrooms close to ocean lagoon.

Second time we have stayed. It’s been redone which is nice. Hardwood flooring has some gaps, but nothing wild. Just need to be fixed. The main bathroom is still old and unique but cute in that sort of way. The other bathroom has been completely updated and super cute. Amenities provided were thoughtful. Couch pulls out into a bed. The main door does have a gap at the bottom, but we just tucked a towel into it. Wouldn’t be bad in the summer, but of course we stayed when it snows! Will stay again.

The Surf Inn #2 was a really great place to stay. It was quiet, clean, cute, and comfortable. For a pet friendly hotel, you could hardly tell people have had pets there before. The only things that could improve would be that they dust the heaters and fix the master bedroom door (it sticks/jams). Other than that, it was a great place and had wonderful amenities. We would definitely stay there again!

Would be an easy 5 stars except we happened to be there on an unseasonably warm October day and the room was 78 degrees degrees inside when we got there around 9pm. With no A/C, it was a long, hot night! But, lovely spot and in cooler weather would have been fine.

We were six adults needing another night's lodging after deciding to stay in the area a bit longer.We were all related, which is good, this didn't have any extra room 😊but it met our needs, was clean, beds comfortable and place was quiet considering right on the main street.

The place was a little difficult for us to find but as soon as we contacted the hosts they were responsive right away and helped us get to the place with clear directions. The place was very clean and bedding was comfortable. They answered all of our questions. A good time.

Clean, efficient, well-appointed, very convenient to beaches. The facility was exactly as described. We stayed over Labor Day weekend so I suspect the price was a bit inflated over normal, but well within the norm for the area. The lack of air conditioning was not an issue for us, but in hotter weather that may not be the case. Overall a very pleasant, easy stay. Recommended.

Very close to the Netarts Bay, the 5 min walk to the beach was key to a truly calming, OR morning that kicked off a peaceful day. Easy to spend more time outside exploring…. Highly recommend.

The only concern was how bright the porch lights/string lights were outside the front bedroom. I had to hang up another sheet with how bright it was through the curtains to sleep well. Other than that clean and quite place. We had a good time.

The pictures of the unit we rented was confusing because it was advertised as 2 beds & the pictures showed 2 different beds, but we got there and it was one bed & a sleeper sofa. Peggy & Mike immediately fixed it & we rented a bigger room that was thankfully available. Other than that, no complaints. Super comfy beds, really cute decor, & very clean. We were very happy & comfortable the entire visit & would definitely stay in the future.

Room was more than enough for my partner and I. There’s a wonderful coffee shop across the street and also a general store right behind the building. The bed was comfy and clean. We had a great time and would definitely look for their rooms as an option on the next trip.

This was a fantastic little spot near the Tillamook tourist attractions. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to see much else around town but we would definitely stay here again! The rooms were very nice and the common space was very homey and inviting.

We needed a place to stay for my birthday overnight with our three little boys, and this place did not disappoint. Having instructions about the kitchenette (versus a full kitchen) made it helpful to plan, and being told we are Safeway was before you even get to the lodging was extremely helpful! While this place is small and practical, I kept being pleasantly surprised by the details we encountered: the newer-styled bathrooms are just beautiful, the beach decorations are adorable, the emergency toiletries (which included a much-needed make-up removing towelettes), and even the helpful bags of slip covers on the couches in case we had brought pets (we did not in the case, just our squirt boys). We don’t even know Bill and Peggy personally, but I felt welcomed, valued, prepared for, at a home-away-from-home for this stay. Great hospitality in so many ways, you guys. Thank you for opening up your place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was a great access point for some great beaches! We even saw sea lions on the beach just down from the lodging as we left!

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. Communications were ample and clear. Minor issues with the TV, but a great location, friendly hosts and a good value.

We stayed here on our way up the Oregon coast. The place fit our family of 5 very comfortably and I really enjoyed all the Sand Piper art interspersed throughout the living area. My wife and I went on a walk along the beach to unwind from the drive. It was very pretty and full of wildlife. The local corner store had all sorts of supplies and sold samosas! The Inn was very nice with a great feel. The area around it was peaceful. We'd definitely stay here again!

I love Netarts! It’s such a peaceful hidden gem on the Oregon coast. The Surf Inn/Pacific View Lodge is super easy to find, and such a cozy spot to get away from it all. The hosts were very helpful and proactive. And the beds were SO comfortable. Which is huge with AirBnB and not that common. We had a wonderful stay here and I really recommend it to anyone who is trying to get away and enjoy some peace by the ocean.

Beautiful place in a perfect location. Well appointed and with thoughtful details. The host was also responsive and requests were addressed within a few minutes. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

We needed a place for one day/night before another rental started and this place worked great for that. We were able to book last minute for only one night and it was in an adorable little town with quick and easy access to a public beach. Everything was as described and we had what we needed for the night. The only issue was that when I was unmaking one of the beds, it didn’t appear that the sheets had been changed, there were some crumbs and some debris, as well as a couple stands of hair on one pillow. I appreciated the little book of house info that included restaurant stuff and the mini mart right behind had some amazing food, cooked to order, as well as some homemade curry, which sounds crazy, but it really was delicious. All in all, it was a good stay. I think there are likely better places for the $ if staying somewhere more than a night and planning in advance, but it absolutely suited our needs for this trip.

The hosts were fantastic. They were friendly, answered all our questions and were very responsive to our requests. This is a charming little space. We were a group of four adults and we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable living space to relax and watch tv. The surprise was the very short walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Amazing.

Bill's place was great! The Surf Inn is a small Inn with a couple adjoining rooms. The walk to the restaurants, bars, and beach was super easy!

Although this was in close proximity to other accommodations, it was quiet and safe

Very quaint place. Don't expect a large kitchen or full size fridge or any cooking other than microwave. Otherwise very well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and master bath nice size. Other bath was very small but very workable for our stay. Staff super friendly. Our circuit breaker blew and it took awhile to reach someone that could accurately describe where it was...outside back of cabin. They did not have anyone on property so we had to go out in rain and flip it but it was no big deal. They were very friendly but it took about 25 minutes to restore lights. It was a great location and fun shops within walking distance. We would stay again! I always think no matter what you say/feel...(small fridge...) if you are willing to stay again...its a good place.

This was a super cute stay, it was brief but perfect for a night stop on the road with our cats. The little baskets of toiletries was a nice touch and it was refreshing and clean, (a little dusty but nothing horrible) Only downside was the master bedroom door sticks so I kept getting locked in the room.

GREAT location! This is a 5 min drive to Oceanside where you can get breakfast and walk across the street to the beach and insane views. It’s also close to The Schooner restaurant. It was very quiet this time of year, not many people. (I love it that way!) My unit was clean, nicely decorated, and had what I needed in the bathroom and kitchenette. I will look this place up when I come back!

Such a great place! For a small space, I was impressed with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and TV room. My only criticism is that the couch is pretty formal feeling so it isn’t a place to cuddle and watch tv. We would stay here again though because we loved everything else so much. It was also in a great location by the beach and the small, adorable beach town. Nana’s Irish Pub had fantastic food - best on our trip down the Oregon coast.

Bill’s place in Netarts was clean and well put together. There are two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms, which worked out well for our family of four. It is located near beaches and forest areas and not far from Tillamook. If you are looking for a nice clean place on the Tillamook coast then You won’t be disappointed with Bill’s place.

My family and I had a great stay here! With the interior layout/ placement of furniture- it felt like home right as we walked in. The location was perfect! Right next to several clear beaches and nearby the cheese factory!

Loved this cute little beach place. Had a definite beach cottage feel. Every little detail was in place including power strips on the end tables to plug in your phones. This place was great for a quick getaway. Check-in was very easy as they simply emailed us everything we needed to know. All of the instructions were straighforward and simple. Very slightly pricey, in my opinion, but compared to other places in the area it seems close to the average. We were shocked by how comfortable the beds were. The bathroom was a little tight for space, but overall the apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed for the night. I also loved that they didn't have an extensive chore list for checking out. Just lock the door and leave. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect getaway for our girls trip! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus the pullout sofa gave everyone enough room. We loved that each room had its own heater/cooler system so we could all be comfy. Very clean, and the sweetest goodies to use. Location was great too as you felt away from the hustle and bustle and into nature, but close enough to town to still explore! Definitely would stay again

Bill’s place was great: small but not cramped, all the basics, comfy beds and a nice TV, and a quite luxurious bathroom. Nice to have a convenience store next door and a cute coffee shop across the street. Also, there was a great covered picnic and smoking area with some grass for the dogs. The only little warning note I’d throw in is that technically there are 2 bedrooms and one queen sleeper sofa, but I cannot imagine actually having 6 people here, unless you walk over that sofa bed! We had a great time, and would love to stay again. Thanks, Bill!

My husband and I wanted a little getaway for day with our dog, this place was perfect for just that. If you are wanting to explore new places I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this place because it is like a extra hour out of the way, but the rooms were very clean along with both bathrooms and living room!!

This unit was nicely remodeled and done up really cute. It’s slightly noisy with neighbors just walking around and normal noises. It’s an older property and thus the walls seem a little thin and not very sound proof. Also the back bedroom has a very bad smell, which hopefully will be taken care of. And unfortunately the first day the Internet was out. Other than that, the remodel job was done very well and had all the amenities you’d expect / hope for. The external pictures didn’t seem to match up with the property but the internal pics did. Overall we’d recommend wholeheartedly if that smell can get resolved. But we had a good time!

This place was a cozy, comfortable retreat. So clean and well equipped with everything needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Exactly as the description and previous reviews were. Place was cute and big enough for our first family vacation. Cute and great smelling Bath and Body toiletries. Beds were comfortable and enough privacy between the two rooms. One bathroom is on the tiny side so hopefully no one is claustrophobic but we would still go back and stay again. We enjoyed your place.

I'm so glad we found the Surf Inn. We spent the day exploring in Tillamook and this was the perfect spot to rest. The outdoor picnic tables were very quaint and made for a nice spot to enjoy a quiet drink after the sun set. We were comfortable and happy with our room! The market nearby is awesome and the gal working there was so kind.

The location is great - just a short walk to the beach in quiet, peaceful Netards, and just steps from a convenience store, coffee shop, and small grocery store. The rental is in a small, multi-unit building but we didn't see or hear much from our neighbors. The beds were comfortable and there is a small bathroom and larger one. This is not the place for you if you plan to do a lot of cooking, as the "kitchen" area (host provides this info in description) is very small and not well stocked, and the table only seats two. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Great little place that has been recently and nicely remodeled. The kitchenette is a little sparse, would have loved a burner and some knives, but great for heating up water and making coffee.

I thought this place was great. It seemed very new and nice. Would stay here again but would get a place with a full kitchen instead of the kitchenette.

Our stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect for us...a couple with their adult daughter. Depending on your needs it may be a little crowded for 2 couples but we really enjoyed it. Super clean space with very comfortable beds and furniture. This was originally a one bedroom unit. The extra en-suite bedroom was recently added. It is a quality remodel with pretty decorations. As written up, the living space isn't big. It has a small counter with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig with a few plates, bowls and utensils. Sufficient for toast and cereal in the morning. There are no coffee mugs, only paper cups. Mugs would be a nice addition. We brought our electric kettle and Aero Press to make tea and our coffee. I wish I had brought coffee mugs but there is a coffee shop across the street so no big deal. VERY comfortable large couch and chair with great TV. Square kitchen table with 2 dining chair. As stated by others, easy walking distant to the beach on the bay. This is a nice beach because it is somewhat protected from the wind as it's on the bay. Description of place is very accurate. This was a last minute booking so we were lucky to get it.

We had a great stay!

Very efficient, clean, and comfortable stay for 2 adults and 4 children family. Some bonuses like super comfortable bedding and convenience to local markets made the difference to us. Good set up (kitchen supplies, towels, papers etc) made it easy to maintain for our 4 night stay…half mile walk to bay where there are crabbing boats to rent and a lovely indoor/outdoor dining option. Two markets within 100 yards of front door with good mix of food, drink, wine/beer, grocery, deli, sundries etc.

Perfect place for our needs! We stayed with several people and a dog and it was a great value. The space was small overall but it worked well as a base of operations for our coastal adventures. The host made check-in/check-out easy and communication was great.

Excellent accommodations. It was extremely clean. They supplied razors, shaving cream, tooth brushes, make up remover, and shower supplies! Much appreciated. Bed were very comfortable and plenty of pillows were supplied. Check in and out process was easy.

The apartment was very lovely. The hosts have great communication and hospitality. This was our second stay with Bill (once at their depoe bay location) and we look forward to the next.

Such a wonderful, quiet place. Very clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store and small grocery right around the corner, and the beach is within walking distance.

Bill's place was an absolutely wonderful stay. Very close to Netarts Bay, a quick walk, and quick distance to the Tillamook factory.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Bill's place! Sparkling clean, updated furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and much more spacious than we were expecting. Our pup felt right at home too! The area is quiet and quaint, with a short walk to the beach and coffee shop right across the street! We hope to stay at Bill's for our next Netarts getaway.

Cute little motel near the beach that's been retrofitted as a keypad access group of AirBnbs. Literally a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Clean room, but keep in mind it really is a motel room. Small kitchenette, pullout sofa couch, and separate bedroom made it perfect for a one night stay for the family.

I can’t think of a more cute and clean place to stay! Bill was INCREDIBLY responsive and updated me with any new information, but more importantly his place was clean, safe, and simply adorable. 5/5 would recommend!

Nice little studio apartment in a small motel type building a couple blocks from the beach. Easy check in, ample parking and room amenities. The room was decorated well and very clean. Great location in Netarts to explore the area. Oceanside and Cape Meares just north a few miles and a beautiful drive south to Pacific City. Nice to be off of 101 in a quieter area. I recommend the beach at Happy Camp for a morning walk. Would stay here again if I visit the area.

Quiet, small place with cute decor. We were grateful for a comfortable bed in the bedroom after a long day of hiking/sightseeing. We had two teens with us, and with the four us we didn't have a lot of space to spread out. The location is between Tillamook and Oceanside/Cape Meares, so although we didn't have an ocean view we had and easy time driving to either location.

This room is a small room at the Surf Inn in Netarts. It was quiet and within walking distance of the beach. The room was smaller than I expected. We did enjoy our stay. The host provided timely communication on the check-in and made that an easy process.

Check in was seamless, unit had everything we needed and was clean. Access to beach within 5 minute walk.

The location was very convenient. Unit was clean and included essential items. Owners left clear instructions, very accommodating. The only concern was the outlet near the left side of the bed was broken, a minor issue.

This place is a great little hideaway on the Oregon coast. The stay is only about a five minute walk from the ocean, which is great. The bathroom is *tiny* and the little kitchenette has a sink so small that it's hard to wash dishes more than one at a time. However, the place overall is fantastic, with a large living room (and pullout couch) and a spacious bedroom as well.

Had a great stay! Location very close to a quiet beach that felt private. Appreciated the thought that went into the unit amenities and the unexpected extras. We will be happy to return in the future!

This is a cozy getaway ☺️ An old motel that has been completely refurbished. Our unit had a very nice living room , kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. The towels were freshly laundered and the bed was very comfortable with nice linens. There were lots of nice touches in the bathroom..toothbrushes, bandaids, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and make-up wipes. Everything was nice and clean ☺️ The living room has a nice size flat screen with cable tv and the internet worked flawlessly. There are 2 markets steps from the building and the ocean so close. Check-in was flawless...the digital lock functions immediately at the proper time. This is a great little spot conveniently located for hopping to other coastal towns.

We loved the location of Bill’s place! We could easily walk down the street and come to a private beach- our dog loved this too!

Great for a one or two night stay with a pet. Easy check in and out. TV definitely was more complicated than it needed to be. I’m a 30something technology researcher and I couldn’t make any of the streaming or broadcasting to the tv from my phone work. Tight bedroom, I knocked over the painting just trying to walk to the other side of the bed bc it’s so narrow (for what it’s worth-I’m a size 8 woman so this bedroom could be a challenge for larger sized bodies or those with mobility issues).

I really enjoyed Bill's place! The apartment was clean and comfortable, had some slight issues with streaming accounts but nothing worth noting. The bed was comfortable, had extra pillows and blankets available. I was surprised to see how well stocked the bathroom was! They provided tooth brushes, makeup remover etc. Was a small touch that I really appreciated! Definitely made the space feel more like home knowing that there was everything you needed. They even had some microwave popcorn and coffee set up too. Lovely stay, would recommend to anyone in the area looking for getaway.

Nothing bad to say here. Affordable and updated rooms. Walking distance to the bay and a short drive to the beach. Has a small grocery store right behind the building. Dog friendly and kid friendly. 15 min drive to tillamook cheese factory and 20 min drive to pelican brewery. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little room with a big tv!! The main room was a bit smaller than we anticipated , and there was a little bit of an issue with the toilet working , but maintenance came out right away and Bill was wonderful about making sure we were confortable and happy . Will definitely be back !!!

Wonderful place to stay. Super classy, bed was super comfortable, pretty thick walls (couldn’t hear neighbors), love that it was pet-friendly and lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. I forgot my toothbrush and to my surprise, there was one waiting for us there. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was way better than expected. It’s walking distance to an estuary and feels like a tastefully remodeled motel. The bed in our place was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in an Airbnb!!

Between the smoke and lack of availability and phone service we were having a day. I tried 4 other Airbnbs and people weren’t responding. We found this little place in a small town and it was more than everything we needed. We were struggling to get there before 10 and the communication was flawless, check in was a miracle, the room was nice and warm and inviting. The only thing that wasn’t my favorite was how small the shower was but god it was all worth it. Price is so worth the stay! Thank you sooo much for being such amazing hosts.

So I was an idiot and booked this place without realizing that the entire Oregon coast was on fire. These lovely people immediately called me and gave me a full refund. Because they are awesome.

Great location, close to beach access. Host was initially welcoming and provided good recommendations for places to visit. Staff were friendly. Furniture was a bit worn. I did find a previous occupant's personal items on the bedside table which made me wonder how thoroughly the place was cleaned.

Clean, cute and close to the beach. The stairs going down to the beach were uneven, and in need of serious repair. They had nothing to do with our booking or the property. none the less it was part of the experience.

We got to the coast for a day trip and the weather was so perfect we decided to stay for the night. We were so excited to find this little gem! The host was quick to respond and we were able to check in right at 3pm even though the site required us to set check-in for after 6pm (to make time for screening). We arrived and the property was so cute. There is a gazebo with tables tucked at the back and plenty of grass of you bring your dog(s). The outside of the building was very well kept with beautiful hydrangeas that block some of the view from the inside (which is nice because the view otherwise is just parking lot and main road). It is an old building that has been renovated to feel modern and beachy. The inside was bright and while the ceilings were low, it felt spacious- perfect for two adults and a miniature schnauzer. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and the box fan in bedroom was a welcome touch. The location was great- walking distance to the water. Just note that the nearest beach is down some pretty steep steps with a big drop-off to rocks at the end so if you have difficulty getting around you’ll want to drive somewhere more accessible. The only negative was that the couch appeared to have not been vacuumed or wiped off as there were food crumbs on the cushions and quite a bit of crumbs under the cushions. The bathroom baseboards were fairly dusty and the back of the toilet didn’t get cleaned after the prior guests. Save for those couple of things, our stay was great and we will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Everything as expected with great communication. Very clean and adequate sleeping arrangements for our family.

What a darling place! Tastefully decorated, beautiful tile in the shower, fridge was big enough for our leftovers, coke, creamer. Location is amazing..straight show right down to the beach, coffee shop across the street, cute little market right next door. Super clean when we arrived. Fans available in living room and bedroom. Extra toothbrushes, shampoo, lotion etc in bathroom. They even supplied microwave popcorn with all of the other goodies! I will definitely be back!

It was exactly as described. Mini fridge with a little freezer (enough for an ice tray), a coffee maker and some sugar packets, there were toiletries like what you would find at a hotel and even some toothbrushes(though no toothpaste for obvious reasons). Overall it was nice for a night. I did wish there were more available outlets close to seating and the bed, to work on computers or charge devices, but there were outlets IN the nightstand (that took me a bit to find). Comfy bed and extra blankets and pillows were stocked for the pull out sofa. It was quiet and relaxing for the one night. I never got to see how close the beach actually was as the weather wasnt the best but they did provide me with some restaurant recommendations for the area which was helpful. Overall, an expected experience.

This is the cutest little place we have stayed at yet! The place was small but perfect for our family of 4. The bed in the room is incredibly comfortable, and the beach is 5 minutes away by foot. The hosts were gracious texting/emailing us with details about our stay, as well as things to do around Netarts. There are extra toiletries and coffee! Will definitely stay. here again!

Had a wonderful "just to get away" stay. Place is clean, nice and quiet. Small, but cozy. Thanks for the extra goodies in the bathroom. We forgot our toothbrush bag so having them on hand was great! DEVICE CHARGERS/plug ins in the headboard and nightstands was AWESOME!! We're not smokers, but enjoy the cool evening air so the outdoor seating space with market lights was amazing. And thanks for allowing our fur babies!! We hope to visit again soon!

This was a great spot to stay the night nearby all I needed to access for a work trip. It's certainly a no frills place, but it's clean, easy to access, and the hosts instructions were spot on, which I needed during such a hectic work trip.

Great updated space. 10 minutes to Tillamook for anything you need (cheese factories. restaurants.) Easy access to coastal and forest hikes. 2 minute walk to the beach with great views. Convenience store 1 minute walk. Bill does a good job of communicating and giving you local tips.

The location was easy to find, right off the highway, and just a few blocks from a staircase down to the beach. The Self check in and check out was super easy and it was a very clean and comfortable space.

This was a great stay for my wife and I. The great weather certainly helped our 1 night stay! Thanks for the tips on the tunnel and lighthouse! Wouldn’t have found them otherwise.

Better than we expected for the most part. The TV was awesome and family room very comfortable. They even had a throw to cover up worh on the sofa. The bed was comfortable too. Only negatives is the bathroom was really small and there isn't an electrical outlet near the mirror.. That said, how much time do you spend in the bathroom. There isn't air conditioning but with a fan and being that close to the coast it was comfortable. Overall this was a comfortable and lovely place to stay.

This place was beautiful and cozy. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning, It was a little hot at times but it was summer when I had gone so that’s expected. I really loved the code entry and hospitality for it exceeded my expectations. I love the decor as it made me feel like I was right where I needed to be. The stay was outstanding and very private. There was not a lotta people so it was very quite to. 9/10 would recommend this stay but bring something to cool you off.

We stayed one night while exploring Oregon Coast. It’s more like a motel compare to transitional Airbnb. Good for one night in the area, bed is very comfortable. Has everything you need for a night. But honestly we felt it’s overpriced as the bathroom is very small, can only fit one person and there’s no dining or even a coffee table in room #2. We had to stand and eat. Paying $220+ makes it not a great deal, but it’s a summer weekend.

The accomodations were very clean and organized. Bill is responsive via AirBNB app messages. I forgot some food in the refrigerator, messaged Bill after I checked out, and he let me back in to retrieve the food. It was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The Surf Inn was a great little motel. The touches Bill has put into each unit really make it stand out in comparison to many other motels we looked at in the area. Bill was also quick to respond to our stay request and the communication was great overall. I’d definitely recommend the Surf Inn if you’re in the area.

Great place! Not too much stuff close by but it is right on the beach and in a nice quiet beach town which was nice getting away from the city.

The space is a good value for the money. Sheets and beds are comfy. Bathroom is a little small and has no outlets for hair dryers, etc. The place is within walking distance to the beach and near some grocery stores and not far from a pretty god restaurant.

Excellent price and location for quick local access to the beach. The room was exactly what we needed and I loved that we could bring our dog to the beach with us. Places like this deserve a million stars for providing quality opportunities for pet owners to have a great stay at the beach.

We had a pleasant stay here. Much better than being in a typical hotel/motel. The amenities were thoughtful (extra toothbrushes, dishes, coffee pot). The fold out bed was surprisingly comfortable! The host was responsive for all of our questions.

Nice, clean, and well prepped mini studio in a row of identical places; a very sweet local motel next to small local shops. We think the pet fee of $25 should be noted before booking but otherwise just a wonderful spot.
