Located in Oceanlake area of Lincoln City, The Pacific Peeks are within walking distance of beach access, great restaurants and lounges, shopping, and even a movie theatre that shows first run and classic films. This 2 bedroom property features a queen bed on each level with the lower level bedroom being an ensuite. From the main living level (1 flight of stairs up) you will have great peeks of the Pacific where you can watch whales spout, fishing boats and some incredible waves particularly if we are having a storm. The main living area has a sofa, loveseat and flat screen tv. Dining is casual at the peninsula of the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen will have all you need to prepare a meal in, or to just have what you need for a few snacks. All kitchen appliances and furnishings were replaced in 2022. If you happen to drive an EV. The garage does have a fee based EV charger.
This property is situated in the Oceanlake area of Lincoln City, a little over a block from the ocean and features some great peeks of the Pacific over the top of the oceanfront properties. You can see the whales spouting and the fishing boats as they pass by. We are about 2 blocks from one of the only drive on beach access areas in Lincoln City. The 15th street beach access has a set of stairs down to the beach and open for part of the year is the drive to bring your car down onto the sand. (Use caution... many cars a year must be towed out of the sand as it is quite soft) This beach has some rock outcroppings and you get some tide pools during low tide and you will also be able to view surfers sometimes catching a wave or two. Lincoln City also runs their Finder's Keepers Festival year round where glass floats are planted into the areas above the high surf line. You find one of these floats and it is yours to keep... so enjoy a day of just beachcombing. The Oceanlake area also has shopping for those wanting souvenirs, restaurants, even a movie theatre that shows first run and classics.
The property is an updated duplex. The main living areas are located on the second floor of the property to optimize the views over the top of the oceanfront properties which is why we affectionately call the property Pacific Peeks. This property features a "U" shaped kitchen with the peninsula of the kitchen being used as the dining area. On the Pacific Peeks One (1218) side of the property you will have a gas stove... the Pacific Peeks Two side is electric. All appliances in the kitchen are new 2022. In fact the entire property was newly furnished in 2022. The main living area has a sofa and a loveseat situated to optimize the views of the ocean. There is also a flat screen TV for those that want to kick back and watch a movie. Also on the living level is a bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure and a bedroom with a queen size bed.
The main level of the property is where you will find the guest laundry and an additional bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom. This bath does not have a tub. It is a shower only. Both bedrooms also have smaller TVs in them so you can connect up your gaming systems or watch a movie from bed.
Finally we have also installed an EV charger. There is a fee for use of the charger but you will not have to worry about finding a place to charge your EV. Just plug it in and get a full charge while your relax at your beach retreat.
