A nice small apartment that comes with dog towels and blankets so that pets can stay comfortably without causing an issue. With 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs we really filled the space but it was perfect for a couple nights.

We will definitely be back. When I pulled up, I saw our unit was close to the highway. I was nervous it would be loud. It wasn't loud at all. Everyone slept well and comfortable. The extra blankets are so nice. I want to buy some for my own home.

There was a group of 4 room for all comfortably. I had one room and the bed comfortable. Two of my friends had the other room and said the bed was not comfortable. The other friend had the pull out couch and said it was comfortable but if you like it pitch black then bring a mask, the porch light stays on all night and it lets light in even with the curtains drawn. The rooms were pitch black at night and we loved that! Having one bathroom for 4 people was a little tough but manageable. I would stay again. Thank you for letting us stay there!

this was my 4th work trip out to Depot Bay for work. I have stayed here every time. this place is great. I even brought my dogs once. Will be back!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay at Pacific View Lodging. We found the place comfortable and warm when we arrived on a cold January evening. The place was walkable to a few little shops, restaurants and beautiful views of the Pacific. The beds and pillows had been comfortable for us. Only warning I would give is that the bathroom is tiny and my 6’3 220lb boyfriend felt a little uncomfortable in the shower. However, he managed and said that’s not abnormal for him to feel big in a small shower.

The place was exactly as described. Check in and checkout were seamless.

Yes and yes The website and the sign at the property said ocean view - we did not have an ocean view - there was not even an ocean view from the parking lot. We were looking forward toAn ocean view. Nice condo but no ocean view.

I had an amazing time here! The hosts were wonderful and so responsive, and the staff on site were very informative and kind. The house was clean and cozy, and in a great location. There were restaurants, small shops, and whale watching tours nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great little spot for a night or weekend away! It was a bit smaller than I had imagined, but cozy. I appreciated that there was a heater in each room, making it easy for everyone to stay comfortable. Awesome to have a full sized fridge and freezer also!

This was the cleanest and cutest air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. I loved the decor (clock coffee table??) and the resin turtle/starfish in the bathroom which I learned from the house keeper is art one of the owners does herself. The attention to detail with the towels and blankets being folded so nicely, beds made up with plenty of extra pillows (and the beds super comfortable too, I slept great!) really caught my and my mom’s attention. And the place was SPOTLESS. Furniture and decor gave it a very homey vibe, perfect to return to after a long day of exploring coastal towns and beach combing. And the housekeepers were SO friendly and sweet. Can’t leave a high enough rating for this place, will absolutely be back!

My mom passed away earlier this year and my dad wanted to stay in your hotel for their 60th anniversary. They had stayed with you several times through the years. Depot Bay is their favorite place they had been. We got to stay in the same room that they stayed in, in 1970 at the age of 24. We really enjoyed going down memory lane at our stay.

Small but cozy place. Comfortable mattresses. Short walk to the ocean shore. Possible number of guests - 6, but there are only 4 seats at the dining table. In general, a convenient location and a good place to relax.

The lodging fit the needs of my family and I as we traveled through the area. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The space was pretty tight for 6 adults, but that was expected based on the description. I would stay here again.

Very clean and lots to do nearby. Ate at the Mazlatan just a 2 minute walk away, very pleased with our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay! its was very cozy, and we had all the amenities we needed during our trip. We were close enough to restaurants, and within walking distance to the Whale Watching Station, which was very helpful with the lack of parking in town. The staff that we talked to were so friendly and helpful every time, and gave us ideas for places to go eat or explore. We definitely want to come back! Cute little apartment! Perfect for a stop along our roadtrip! It’s close to the main road so if you’re super sensitive to road noise maybe this isn’t a fit but it didn’t bother me a bit!

It was a great place to stay for the weekend!

Everything was as described, very clean and comfortable. It’s a small space: tiny bathroom and the sofa bed takes up the entire living area when opened, but it was a perfect, affordable overnight stop for two adults and three teenagers on the road. We got a kick out of the signs warning not boil crab indoors.

Great little lodge. It was cute, small and perfect for my little family. The only thing is the shower, it felt like I was kissing the wall because of how small it is. Other than that it was perfect. Walking distance to local places. Thank you for having us! ❤️

Lovely little place so close to many things. The communication was great, I left a jacket behind and was contacted quick enough to swing by the office and grab it. Love that it’s dog friendly as well! Fit my family of 5 perfectly for a quick and affordable trip to the coast.

Good place to stay. There wasn’t a lot of counter space in the bathroom so it was hard to set down your stuff that you needed, but other than that, it was good.

Clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was awesome, extra coffee and towels when we asked. It was perfect for our fishing getaway. We'll be back next year.

Simple place but great price. We visited in the spring and the whole complex was nearly deserted, so it was very peaceful.

Our stay at the Trollers Lodge was exactly what we required: comfortable, clean and extremely good value for money. Bill and Peggy provided us with some great local recommendations which we really appreciated.

Great place. I got a discounted price because I booked last minute due to impromptu plans. Parking felt bit tough “if” there is a van beside your assigned parking spot (tight spots - I can’t get out of driver seat for a slim man if I park well and there is a vehicle beside mine). Bathrooms are tight but hey if you read reviews, you should know this. Not a deal breaker. Overall it’s as good as a place can be since it’s never going to be home like. I will stay again. Can’t be too picky these days!

Perfect little place to stay for a night at the coast. The proximity to 101 is not ideal, but that’s the only downside. Everything else involved with our stay was delightful.

It was exactly what we needed to get away and rejuvenate. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfy. It was easy to find and close enough to whatever we needed. Be aware that big rigs are a pretty tight fit in the parking area, but we made it work.

Great for a quick coast get-away. We love to do last-minute trips to spend full days on the beach and the Troller's Lodge is a cozy, no frills place to get a good night's sleep in a great location. It's walking distance from restaurants, shops, coffee, and the whale watching center too.

we went to Depoe Bay to watch the king tides, it was nice to be able to walk to the sea wall and not have to fight for parking, very nice Christmas light display on the back side. great location

Very easy to get in. It was small, but a great place when you needed somewhere to stay for the night. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice and warm. We just had a little overnight trip as a family and it was perfect for what we needed.

Great location. Easy to find. For a family of 5, only a few challenges. The standing shower stall is narrow and didn’t fit broad shoulders.

Super easy check in and the hosts were very proactive in preparing us for our stay! The place was cute and looked exactly like photos, so it’s just what we expected. We love that this stay was dog friendly too!! The only downside to our stay is that the room smelled terribly of cigarettes.

Pretty great place to stay location wise. Smelled a bit like cigarettes and there was some possible mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. But the hosts were very quick to respond with instructions and everything else was described exactly as it was on the listing.

Great place to stay and highly recommended. The hosts had included numerous small details for the guests that I had not seen in other places; their focus was totally on making our stay as comfortable as possible. If we had forgotten a personal item, it was probably there.

Great stay. Convenient location, but no real views, and a bit of highway noise all night, at least from our room. Check-in and out were painless and manager communication was excellent. Very clean and plenty of amenities. Bedrooms and bathroom were painfully small for an adult, but we made it work.

The house is located across the street from the ocean and has a great view from the living room. Location to the Red Woods and other activities worked perfect for us. Surprised there isn't as much "touristy" things to do in Crescent city, but that isn't always a bad thing. Thank you Beth for working with us when we got into town early and for sharing this great place!

This place is great! No frills, but with so many beautiful beaches close you're not really spending much time there anyway. Good recommendations, clean areas, and Bill and Peggy were great. Would love to stay here again.

The area was beautiful with close access to the water. Shopping and whale watching were close (too bad no whales). The place itself needs some updates and repairs but was cozy.

the door was a bit difficult to open, but otherwise this was a great location! Peggy was very helpful when the door stuck and really responsive. It was just the cost retreat we needed.

I've stayed with them before & was NOT disappointed this time either! They are great folks who communicate well. Their places are affordable, comfortable, clean, close to dining, shopping & what we like to do. Their is a little trail nearby that looks out over the ocean & was a great place to sit & relax. we will definitely stay again!

Cozy vintage lodge with reasonable pricing we will be back

Booked one of the rooms for my 7 year anniversary and we loved it. The check-in went easy and getting into the room was fine. we loved the room a lot, it had a nice theam and wasnt to over the top. it had very thoughtful amenities in the bathroom. The bed was nice to sleep on. it did squeak a little when moved but not to bad. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes. My only two complaints that i had was that It did get really cold in the morning, especially the bathroom. however the wall heaters in the front room kept us warm if we closed all the doors. And then that the fridge kept making a strange noise (but my ears tune into tiny noise's like that, in all honesty its nothingne that can be fixed and is out of the owners hands. we definitely will be back to rent again as well as we will be letting our friends and family know about this place for thier next trip.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here overnight on our trip back from the coast! I really appreciated the coastal themed decorations, it all flowed together perfectly. Everything was exceptionally clean. It was immediately apparent that so much care and effort went into making everything so enjoyable for our stay. My husband and I kept remarking on how the owners and and staff must consider every little detail. The dedication they have to to keeping everything in tip top shape was impressive! I know how much work goes into this kind of service and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our trip. We’ll be telling our family and friends and will definitely be returning!

Depoe Bay is our favorite place to stay on the Oregon Coast. This location was great with easy access up or down the coast.

I loved the place. It was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t believe the price.

This place was a good stay for us we were traveling up the coast. The beds and linens were excellent. We enjoyed the coffee in the unit as it was ground locally. That was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils and appliances. The road noise was a little loud as the semi trucks did engine braking during the night. Otherwise, it was very comfortable for the price. We'd stay here again.

Loved staying at Pacific View Lodging, Peggy and Bill were great and the place was clean. It is hard to walk to places as the lodge is right near the highway.

We stayed here and found that it was really quiet even though it was right above Hwy 101. The cleaning staff were helpful in lending us a latter to load our roof top carrier and describing the Christmas lights on the other rentals during December. The shower stall showed some signs of wear and tear but everything else smelled clean and looked good.

This is a lovely and very cozy place to stay. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. We appreciated the little homey touches throughout and the cleanliness. Hosts were very communicative and gave us well laid out instructions and local recommendations. The beds were comfortable with good linens and we had a good night's sleep.

Bill and Peggy's place was homey and nostalgic. It was also clean and updated. A two minute walk to an ocean viewing area where we saw several whales. A ten minute walk to a quaint downtown area. We had a great time.

Beautiful room, very clean and well stocked, and we loved the whole property. Walking distance to “downtown” Depoe Bay and the fishing charter which was convenient. We were grateful for the easy checkin and the emails with things to do in the area. Only complaint was the lack of ocean view that we were expecting. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family did the drive from California to Oregon via the 101. I chose to stay in Depoe Bay since it was a short distance from the harbor and shops/restaurants. Everything was clean and check in was easy. The pullout couch was helpful. The heaters helped (we’re from Texas so 40 to 50 degrees is cold). Bill and Peggy suggested some restaurants and we tried the Thai restaurant. I found peace of mind that we are right next to a fire station - I thought that was a plus for us. There are vending machines outside the units. I did not fully the read the description but there are no washers or dryers so as a family if you need that they don’t have that here but luckily we already did our laundry. Everything was clean and cozy. We stayed for just one night so it was perfect for us.

Charming little place, was a great fit for our family (2 adults, three children ages 10 and younger). Highly recommended! :)

What a wonderful last minute booking! Beds are comfortable! Bathroom was exceptionally clean along with the rest of our areas in the room! Peaceful night of rest! Amenities provided beyond exceptional! I would most definitely would stay here again. I recommend at least a 2-3 night minimum stay to enjoy the area. Wing Wa!!! Do not knock it because of looks! Get the Chow Mein with Pan Fried Noodles-Wing Wa (Chicken, Shrimp, & Pork BBQ). AMAZING! Whale Watching in Depoe Bay with Carry!!!! Go tide pooling also during low tide for me! I did not experience that until Canyon Beach! I recommend it for singles, couples, and families!

I loved Depoe Bay and this little place is one reason why. On a 10-day road trip with my 91-yr old father and dog, it was not easy to find 2-bedroom places on the coast for 1 night on a weekend. What was special to me about Trollers is that it’s an original family holiday place from 1937 and they have kept it that way. It’s up-to-date with kitchens and bathrooms, TVs and heat but it maintains its original structure and flavor and is an easy walk to the beach. If you require glitz & glam, this is not the place for you. It’s comfortable, convenient and easy to use. I appreciated the full size fridge and kitchen, single-level arrangement and particularly, the cable TV. If you are not 25 and technologically adept, trying to work out how to watch live TV on every conceivable system we encountered is a challenge. I am technologically adept and I was tearing my hair out every night until we arrived here. A good coastside find!

Conveniently located, just steps from all the local shops, tours opportunities, and dining options Depoe Bay has to offer. Additionally, I was super impressed with how clean all the surrounding beaches we visited were. Really appreciated this pet friendly option. All the staff at Troller’s we interacted with, were friendly and very helpful.

This was a great spot to stay. We especially enjoyed how pet friendly it was. The owners were gracious enough to include extra linens specifically so our furry friends could enjoy sitting on the sofa and bed with us. 10/10 would recommend.

We came to the coast for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The place was just as described.

troller’s lodge was exactly what I needed for a one night stay along the coast. It had two rooms and a sleeper sofa, that was perfect for me and my 4 kids. My favorite feature (that I don’t always see) is a tv in one of the bedrooms. This was a perfect way for me to watch my own stuff without worrying about waking up my kids or taking up living room space to watch what I wanted. It also gave the kids the living room to watch Spidey on the Disney channel (10/10!!) for some peace and quiet. We only stayed one night but it would have been perfect for multiple night stay with it’s kitchen. I very much enjoyed the check in process that was an easy keypad entry in and easy keypad entry for check out as well. Despite being along the 101 it was surprisingly quiet at night. The host also included recommendations for local restaurants and stuff to do. Overall a perfect stay.

Bill and Peggy‘s place was clean and priced decently. The beds were comfortable and the linen was soft. They had more amenities then normal places do. I forgot my toothbrush so it was great having one there for me. Great job guys! We will be back.

Trollers Lodge was clean, reasonably priced and very walkable in Depoe Bay. We loved that it is pet friendly! One of the only places around that allowed us to bring our cat. Bill was a communicative host who made sure to include all applicable instructions and had plenty of recommendations for local activities. Check-in/out was simple and easy. I would definitely stay here again!

I spent the night here because there was an event close by that some friends and I had to attend. The space was so warm & 3 beds!! For that price is so awesome. The entrance was kind of confusing but once we figured it out it was all good. The hosts are so nice, they called & messaged about some things I left behind. Again thanks for letting us stay ! :)

This quaint little apartment is at the heart of the Oregon Coast. We walked over to the shops in Depoe Bay, enjoyed King Tides at Spouting Horn, and even fit in a visit to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. You can't beat the location of this place.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was great! Awesome recommendations from the owner himself, walkable to the downtown strip, and a great location if you want to explore Newport and Lincoln City. Great spot and very reasonable price wise!

We arrived 2hrs early (forgot to look at check in time) not only did they provide us with an upgrade (orig rental paint not dry yet) but they let us in early as well. We ended up staying across the street at their other location, Troller’s Cove, so I can’t review the Whale Inn. They gave us a late check out as well. We were very comfortable staying in cooking and playing games.

Great place for a holiday family trip to the coast! I was just there for a night with my parents and our small dog. The hotel had everything we needed to make ourselves at home and even had a Christmas light show. Bill was a great communicator- check in was smooth and the location is just a short walk from the beach. We’ll stay again next time we’re in town. Thanks, Bill!

We stayed here on both ends of our family vacation. A perfect little spot on the beach 2 hours from Portland. Keyless checkin made it possible for us to enter just before midnight and get a good nights sleep before moving on. The depoe Bay Area is beautiful with some quaint restaurants and amazing sights. Close to the beach. Can’t say enough about this place. We love it!

Cozy and comfortable. Very well equipped and basically has everything and more than you need. Bill's place even provided toothbrush, shaver and shaver form! Even though the place is just beside the main road, you can hardly hear the noise from those passing cars /trucks.

The Trollers Lodge was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped, and the windows were easy to open, but lockable, to allow in the ocean breeze. Communication was prompt, and it was easy to find, and enter.

I was a little skeptical about what appeared to be a re-worked motel, converted to an AirBnB, but I was pleasantly surprised. The two bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable, and quiet even though it was close to the main highway. Communication with Bill was great throughout, but we had no issues that we needed help with. Places in town are within walking distance, so that's a plus as well.

It was a lovely place with a perfect tiny kitchen, nice rooms, everything was good! They even had blankets to put over everything for our pets! Close parking and a nice porch to sit on!

The listing does not do this place justice! Me, my husband, roommate, and dogs were looking for a brief respite from the Portland heatwave and booked this property because it had two bedrooms, allowed two dogs, was relatively inexpensive and was on the coast--beyond that, we weren't expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised! The photos don't do this property justice. It's a cute, vintage, motor lodge built in 1937. The property itself (and some units) has water views, there's a lovely little garden with a barbecue, adorable units, and each unit has parking. The property has been well-kept and is centrally located--you can walk to the whale watching museum and waterfront downtown area. We were able to see a lot of whale activity on our visit, which was just a bonus! The unit itself was very clean, cozy, and nicer than the pictures imply. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were some thoughtful additions (individually wrapped razors and toothbrushes, shaving cream) to the usual toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion). The bedrooms are small, but comfortable and I know that at least my bedroom had a ceiling fan and a television. What impressed me most about the property was the clear, consistent and timely communication from the host. There were clear directions and expectations given, including well-timed emails telling you exactly what you needed to do to check-in and check-out. No ambiguity, it was so appreciated, especially since this property is a no-contact check-in and check-out. We'll definitely be returning! Thank you Bill for a great get-away!

We stayed in trollers 01, the pictures need updating, the room has been updated and is too cute! Plenty of room and the kitchen had all equipment needed for cooking. Beds were comfy, the pillows were not.

Nice place for a family. We have 4 adults and a toddler, all fit well. It's pretty small but everyone fit. There were plenty of extras like lotion, toothbrushes, and kitchen items. We didn't use any but it was appreciated that they were present.

Our Airbnb unit made great use of space was well-appointed. Our group of six and a dog was comfortable and didn't feel cramped while cooking, eating, sleeping, and visiting with each other. We had a lovely time watching gray whales in Depoe Bay and driving to the nearby tidal pools. The parking seemed a little tight because we had two vehicles. Overall, this was a great value! We will likely stay here again.

The Travelers Lodge was a very nice place to stay at. It is very clean. The keypad is very easy to use. Also there were extra goodies in the bathroom that we got to take with us. I recommend staying there.

Located halfway between Newport and Lincoln City, Bill's accommodations were a great base for our 4-person beach holiday along the Oregon coast. The unit had everything we needed and more. The beds were firm. Bill's communications were very clear and check-in was a snap. We also enjoyed the food at Gracie's Sea Hag, a restaurant that Bill recommended. If you are coming to Oregon when it's chilly, unit 1 has ample heat sources to keep you warm.

These properties are always a lovely experience. Clean, charming, and in great locations.

This place is such a great place to stay! It is very clean and quiet. I didn’t even hear any of the other guest! It’s close to the highway so there is some traffics nice but not to bad. It a good place to stay if you are not wanting to stay in Newport but close by!

Check-in was straightforward and Bill was always available in case something was needed.

There is more furniture in the unit now than there is in the pictures. The added furniture made the unit feel a little cramped. I was pleased with how clean it was and that it was dog friendly. The parking spaces were very narrow and I was unable to park my midsized SUV in the reserved spot. The bedroom closest to the kitchen had a very comfortable bed. Great place to stay if you just need somewhere to crash for the night.

The owners are very responsive and helpful. The room actually looked nicer then in the photos, plenty of room for family or friends and kids. There was not any ocean views from the rooms but it was just a short walk away from the beach and boardwalk in depoe bay with some awesome whale watching tours! I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a great location for Depoe Bay. It is not fancy but practical. Only thing I would have wanted was more comfortable seating options in the living room because there wasn’t enough places to sit if you have a larger group. It wasn’t enough to lower the stars though!

This was a great place for our little family to stay as we made out way upthr oregon coast. Check in and communicative were spot on and easy and the wifi and TV were easy to log in and use. Bill was very nice and let us know we had left some things in the unit after we checked out, which no host has ever done for me!

bill's place excels in thoughtful touches - especially in the kitchen, bath! also, it really IS dog friendly. in addition to the small yard and dog supplies, there are paths off property onto a Very Quiet street behind with a small ocean overlook. our unit could have slept 5 easily and 7 snuggly, had a well furbished kitchen, was clean, quiet and comfortable. on the other hand, this is NOT a place for walks to the beach and not all units have an "ocean view".... yes, of course, there is the funky, damp smell that comes with being on the PNW coast!

Place was clean and tidy. The floor had a bit of a decline, meaning that if you were to drop a marble on it, it would roll south. Apart from that small detail, it was a great overnight stay.

Great view, great accommodations, great location! The only downer is the beach access and having to drive to LC to access the beach but that wouldn’t deter me from going back again!

Five star customer service. I emailed Bill late in the evening to say the tv remote wasn't working - he was there in less than 10 minutes to fix it! Can't complain about that at all - thank you so much. Location was perfect, easy walk to Depoe.

We had a nice stay. The kitchen has the basic necessities including some spices and pods for the coffee pot. the decor was cute and matched the old beach cottage vibe. sheets were provided to cover the furniture of the dog was going to be on it.

What a cute little space! We are a family of 4 with a fairly large dog and we had plenty of room (unit #1)! They had everything for cooking our own food and even provided sheets to cover the furniture to protect it if the dog get up. There was a cute little pet area where they provided bags and trash can and you can look at the ocean while your dogs do their business. I'm extremely impressed with the communication. I failed to read that a Keureg was provided so we were prepping for our strong coffee. I sent Bill a quick message and asked if a coffee pot was available and he found one for us to use. Anytime I had questions he was quick to respond! Thanks for a great time!

It's a great place to stay and there's plenty of room for people to sleep. It's in walking distance to the harbor and small shops along the highway.

Super cute and cozy, we loved being able to enjoy each other's company during our stay. Comfortable beds, enough kitchen tools, and had so many extras for us to use. Spare toothbrushes, bandaid, lotion! I never have had that at any other rental. Parking is tight but a van and a full size truck were able to park just fine. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

We love this place! It's the second time my family has stayed here and the second time was even better. Nice touches all throughout like razors, make-up remover, spices, and fully furnished kitchen. They don't skimp on anything and it was sparkling clean, even to COVID standards! I saw the cleaners wearing masks and gloves. Very impressed.

Perfect for our group of four! Efficient and comfortable place. Bill and Peggy are great communicators!

Clean and suited our needs well. A little short on cookware. There was only one small skillet and one soup pot. We could have used a larger skillet. It was a nice property, but no beach view like advertised. Nice location, close to depot bay and lots of nice day beaches around.

This unit is really about value. The location is great to explore the Oregon Coast between Lincoln City and Cape Perpetua. The town of Depoe Bay is a short walk away with a rugged bay. Do your shopping in Lincoln City on your way in. If you’re looking for a relaxing sandy beach to spend the day Beverly Beach is a short drive South. The unit itself is snug but has two separate bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The shower stall is small but large enough to bend down and pick up the soap should it drop. The unit was clean but in these Covid days we took the additional precaution of sanitizing the surfaces. The kitchen was adequately equipped and the small living area comfortable enough. No check-in but the electronic keypad worked well according to instructions. BUT for value for on the expensive Oregon Coast in mid-August for a party of three who wanted a private space, it was a good bargain well worth the price. We’d do it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Trollers Lodge (T01)! The unit was super spacious and the full kitchen was a huge plus too. It's a short walk into downtown Depoe Bay and there is a small path leading out the back of the property so you don't have to walk along Hwy 101. The bed room closest to the bathroom actually has a bunkbed in it now which my kids loved too. Bill and his team were super helpful both before arrival (making recommendations for local whale watching excusion) and during our stay (quickly bringing us some kitchen items and spare lightbulb when we discovered the stove range light was out). Highly recommend Troller's Lodge and look forward to our next stay in the future!

It was nice having the family in one place. A little cramped but it was nice. Outdated and bathroom was small, not good for large family.

This is a renovated no-tell motel. Everything was as described or pictured but you can only tell so much about a place from photos. While I will say that this place was conveniently located and very clean, it was pretty pricey. I might travel a bit further for a better price. The beds were adequate but the bathroom was on the small side. The shower was meant for super skinny people - so small. The kitchenette was available, but we were only looking for a place to sleep and shower so we didn't use it. Overall, my nitpicking shouldn't keep you from trying this place.

Really nice place, close to the ocean. You can have a little picnic outside, watching the sunset. The communication was easy and quick. We had a little misadventure with the key pad but Bill was able to help right away. Perfect place for a little getaway 👍

Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The place is old but well kept. Bathroom is super small and the shower is a little tight squeeze. Nice and hot water tho. Plenty of clean towels provided. Bedroom with single bed had fresh and clean sheets. Second bedroom with two beds, the sheets were dirty. After reading the reviews, we brought our own sheets and blankets and we were sure glad we did. I’m sure if you run into that issue you could just contact the owner and he would most likely resolve the issue. By the time we checked in our kids were too tired so we didn’t want to wait and just used our own sheets. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Kitchen was well supplied. Easy check in/out. Easy to find.

Great little place to stay near the water. The house was easy to find, and check in to, and there were tons of beautiful views/cliffs/beaches within a 5 minute walk.

This was an easy getaway that’s close to so many things - from hikes to shops! We loved using the kitchen and hanging out in the cozy space. The owners were so accommodating when there was a time when we didn’t think we could make it and when we did make the trip, they were so responsive!

My husband and I stayed at Bill's Trollers lodge with our friends for 1 night, and we had such a great time! The lodge is located within walking distance from the ocean and the lovely downtown area. We had just about everything we needed for our stay including fully equipped kitchen. If we ever come back to Depoe Bay, we'll definitely choose to stay here again!

We found their prompt communication refreshing and their amenities thoughtful. They thought of everything. I can tell they do a thorough cleaning. Any issues we had were swiftly handled. Definitely will stay with them again.

At first glance the property and unit look a bit run down in a shabby chic kind of way. However, the stay was very comfortable. The towels were thick, the TV awesome, WiFi good, water hot and the bed gave me the best night’s sleep I’ve had in months. You also can’t beat the location. While their isn’t an ocean view (at least not from our unit) we were only 2 blocks off of the town center with shops, restaurants and world class whale watching. Overall, I would definitely visit again. It’s not fancy, but it’s definitely comfortable.

This is a quiet lounge by the ocean, you can just walk out and see the Pacific. We reached late in evening so we had a little trouble finding parking for the place. The arrival instructions certainly helped! Bill’s kitchen was very well stocked, we found coffee, spices and some veggies in the refrigerator to cook since most restaurants were closed on Christmas eve. Thanks again Bill!
